Great all-in-one service from visiting Optometrist Natalie Poole for an eye examination to the courteous staff who helped narrowed the wide-variety of frames to find just what I needed. Maybe because it's a new location, but probably one of the more vibrant and fresh eye care stores I've been to.

Broadway Eyecare is nestled in a beautiful building just off Broadway Avenue on Main street. They offer a wide range of frames and lens, a knowledgeable and helpful staff, and short wait times. Because of my positive experience, I would highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience here. Dr. Poole was thorough, patient and took her time. I would go back to her in a heartbeat. Also, the shopping experience was great. Firstly, the space is stunning. And the concierge-style personal shopping experience is great. They really help you narrow down what would look good, your style, budget and other criteria. This was by far the fastest, most efficient and most enjoyable eyeglass shopping experience I have ever had.

I have a very good and positive experience with Dr. Natalie Poole. She and her reception staff treated me very well and did a wonderful job surpassing my expectations. My eye was injured earlier today and I was very much worried about it and arrived late. I had it checked up by Dr. Poole who went an extra mile and saw me after her regular work hours/schedule and answered ALL my questions with patience. Make me feel valued. Absolutely exceptional optometrist. During my visit Dr. Poole was thoughtful and answered all my questions in addition to arranging follow up with specialist ophthalmologist. On top of this they have a great selection of glasses and are able to special order anything else you might need.

My eye exam and initial picking of frames was great! However, something was off about the lens and I went back to have them double checked. I was made to feel as if I was exaggerating, that my concerns were not important and offered no further solutions. A few months later, I went back (based on my doc’s urging) and got the help I needed. Measurements were checked and new lenses ordered. I would have given a better rating but, even during my second trip, I was met with defensiveness. I’d rather spend my money where I felt real care and attention are given. Your choice though.

Building is super nice and they have a lot of trendy frames to choose from! Went to get some new glasses today and had the best customer service experience. Staff (younger blonde woman) was extremely helpful and took the time to find me some dope frames! Thanks so much, will be recommending to friends and family!

My first time at Broadway Eyecare, and I can confidently say that I have found my permanent location. The staff were incredibly friendly and super helpful, the location and building itself is gorgeous. I went to see Natalie for my eye health, and am so grateful I did. She explained everything clearly, and in a way that I could understand. If I could rate them higher, I would.
