Costco invests a lot in customer service and relations. However, I will go to another optometrist for my next check up. I found both optometrists to be very cold and disinterested. After my first eye exam, I felt that I was not sure about the prescription because it seemed the optometrist was just going through the motions of doing an exam and wanted to get through her day very quickly. As a result, I did not feel very confident in her prescription. I requested a recheck on the prescription and found the other optometrist equally cold and impersonal.

if it is allowed I would give negative 5-stars. I was checked by the So called Optomestrist N. Mais. He was so rush and careless on his work and his patients, plus cold, not respectful attitude. He mis-checked my eye sight. I had to endure the uncomfortable caused by his careless exam for 2 months. What make me so negative was that he did not say any apology words for his error at all! Instead he treated me so cold and was trying to avoid the responsibility for the cost of a new lens! I will seek advice to sue this guy! His licence should be suspended.

I was on time for my appointment (early actually) at the clinic, where I completed forms and the receptionist put me in a room and said Dr. Mais would be in shortly. After 30 minutes, I opened the door and asked the receptionist when I would be seen. It was then that she told me that Dr. Mais left the clinic. I asked for a refund and left the clinic. What a waste of time for me and very unprofessional on their part.

We went to the Optic Eye Clinic of Scotia Centre in Saskatoon, Dr Elash took over 2 housr for my wife, we paid $120 before taxes. one eye 625 and another 650. And check out a desease in eye to need a treatment. However, later we went to costco in Saskatoon again, the male doctor just took 20 minutes, the result was both 725, we paid $110 before taxes.
