Be prepared to wait for long period of time. Left after 90 minutes of waiting and there was still over 30 people in the waiting room. Can not comment on the doctor as I never go t to see him

Worse doctor I have ever encountered and I have been to a few. The whole office staff were IGNORANT from the time of entry to the time of leaving. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Went in to see about having a cataract removed, sent me to London to see specialist, everything fine. Get phone call saying my pressures were high needed to do laser so I called specialist in London and he said they were fine or he would have done them then. Called to cancel appt with Ibrahim and receptionists said fine and hung up on me. Just a money grab I'm thinking. they don't tell you in advance that they don't take debit or credit only cash or chq. People be aware, if you can book elsewhere like Strathroy or London do it. He doesn't deserve your time or money, God only knows what your eyes will turn out like after surgery.

Yes I waited for my appointment. My optometrist asked me who I wanted to see for catracts I told him Dr. Ibrahim. I heard that other doctor was very expensive. My mom went to him. Dr. Ibrahim received my documentation from my doctor and knowing how busy he is...at no time I saw him and set up my next appointments. As for operations due to Covid it has been rescheduled, due to special needs and problem with OR...my left eye is the worst eye and I am looking forward to the operation.
