My first review when I went there in April was really good because of a young receptionist with nice attention and fast appointment. The doctor seemed wise and professional. Also I picked a very nice designer frame at first glance. But, shouldn't the customer's satisfaction be the #1 priority? Specially when you have already paid over 500$... I couldn't use my gorgeous glasses because I had to take them off for reading/writing 20 times a day with a risk of losing them. When I went back and gently explained my problem, they seemed annoyed at first then wanted to add an extra 600$ fee! When I got surprised, they reduced it to a $400 fee! Then they said it's my fault, I got what I asked for! But shouldn't they provide proper, clear consent and useful advice/information and product no matter what? I mean I am not an eye specialist! At the end they were going to charge me 'only 250$ extra' ... but making me feel bad like it's all my fault! So I asked for a refund after much unpleasant argumentation and I felt like I was 'the bad' customer! Finally after some back and forth, the doctor supposedly corrected my Rx without seeing me and apologizing to me for having wasted my time by giving me the wrong Rx the first time! And I didn't get a refund for his 110$ services during covid. But the manager was at least fair enough to refund me the useless glasses. Now it's end May and I still don't have proper eye glasses! I Hope his new Rx that I just submitted somewhere else are going to be correct this time. Feeling unsatisfied, misunderstood, disrespected, time and money wasted and guilty for having trusted G&S publicity. Never going back to G&S!

my glasses were hurting me behind my ears but was disappointed to be refused service to adjust them eventhough I am a client. They ask you to pay for an eye exam before they will think of loosening the branch of the glasses which is just callous and not a good business attitude. Other places do it as a courtesy service but not this place.

Was greeted with a smile and helped all the way through my first eye exam and turns out I needed glasses more than I knew. They helped me choose and even accelerated the time for the lenses to be made because I was going on a trip. They also have great discounts and unlike what others might say, their service is excellent and I recommend going to see them!

Very rude manager, her energy and rude comments regarding a client, not at all appreciated and also very un-professional. I Went several times to adjust my BRAND NEW frames and lenses that kept popping out, for several months I had this issue until they glued them in. I was annoyed and she gave me attitude. 2 pairs at 750+$ and 1 PAIR AT 400+$'S , I definetly will take my buisness elsewhere. (& I have bought 4 pairs over a 4 year period.) The DR. himself was cold as a person, and it felt like he was rushing me out and annoyed with my apt. Perhaps I lost giving my $ to them. But I have gained knowledge as to why I will never give them another dollar. My energy is valuble to me. So I wont be bringing it there any longer.

The manager is very rude ! I’ve never received such bad service. They tried to charge a 10$ COVID-19 fee. Not only that, they also wanted to charge 10$ for a MASK. It wasn’t mandatory at the time to wear a mask inside and they didn’t even bother telling me before I came to my appointment. Very rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend this location. In this area, you can find better service for a cheaper price !

Le résultat n'est pas vraiment mieux et je prévois donc avoir à m'acheter de nouvelles lunettes. Les 2 fois j'ai demandé que le travail sois fait rapidement et on m'a dit 4-5 jours max. Les 2 fois j'ai appelé pour des nouvelles après une semaine et les lunettes étaient effectivement arrivées du labo. On ne m'avait juste pas appelé pour m'avertir. Les gens à la receptions m'ont à chaque fois remis les lunettes sales après les avoir manipulées. Typiquement les gens nettoient les lunettes dans les autres magasins. Très mauvais service et très mauvais travail.

First time doing affair with Greiche & Scaff on a weekend. I had an appointment @2pm for eyes examination. Hence I came in at 1:45pm. I was seen by a nice clerk to check-in and she started the prep right away before I see Dr, Dumas. She made the preparations interactive and fun. I was seen before my appointment. Dr, Dumas did the examination quickly and efficiently. He addressed my concerns very well. I finished my transaction with Leen who took the time to advice me on how many boxes ( contact lenses ) I needed knowingly I use 'em once per week or per 2 weeks. She made sure I had a receipt copy for my insurance to cover the cost. She was mindful in her workflow. ???????? So far, my first impression with the boutique is excellent : Fast, friendly while being efficient. Let's hope we can keep this consistency or better on a future visit when I need new glasses.
