J'étais tellement nerveuse et elle m'a mis à l'aise la seconde où j'ai pris contact avec elle. Je pense que chaque clinique ou hôpital a besoin d'une Julie comme elle! VERY BAD SERVICE (Original) J’ai appelé parce que je voulais prendre un rendez-vous et ils m’ont dit d’appeler info santé, mais info santé ne donne pas de rendez-vous médicale. Une autre fois j’arrive la main en sang et ayant besoin de point de suture, pour me faire tourner de bord et me faire dire d’aller à l’hôpital, vraiment c’est quoi le but d’avoir un clsc si tu peux même pas y aller quand tu en a de besoin. TRÈS MAUVAISE SERVICE

And to count from this day the Nurse came to replace my dressings EVERY day ... on 03/07 back to the hospital for another surgery Again the Nurse came back, this at the rate of 3 visits / week Always for my bandages ... for another surgery (clot above bypass) Return to hospital from 08/23 @ 08/28 surgery to remove clot) Again the nurse back for my bandages every 2 days Once again back to the hospital to replace my abdominal bypass surgery with another on 12/10 @ 12/31 Encore Et Still the nurse came back for dressings ... Our last meeting was on 01/03/2017 BIG THANKS TO CÉLINE BEAULIEU AND HER TEAM who by their care And always with a smile and kindness we contributed greatly to relieve my pain (Original) J'ai ete opérer d'urgence à La Cite de La Sante pour un pontage abdominal (manquer de sang aux pieds) le 22/03 @ 04/05... Alors rendu a La maison On a demandé l'aide à Notre CLSC. Et acompter de ce jour l'Infirmiere est venue remplacer mes pansements à TOUS les jours...le 07/03 retour a l'hôpital pour une autre chirugie Encore la L'infirmière est revenu,cette a raison de 3 visites/semaine Toujours pour mes pansements... pour une autre chirugie (caillot au dessus pontage) Retour a l'hôpital du 23/08 @ 28/08 chirugie pour enlever caillot) Encore l'infirmière de retour pour mes pansements à Tout les 2jrs Encore une autre fois retour a l'hôpital pour remplacer mon pontage abdominal par un autre le 12/10 @ 12/31 Encore Et Toujours l'infirmière est revenue pour pansements... Notre derniere rencontre à ete le 03/01/2017 GRAND MERCI À CÉLINE BEAULIEU ET SON ÉQUIPE qui par leurs soins Et Toujours avec sourire et gentillesse on contribué grandement à soulager mes douleurs

Always been answer really politely and was given a great service, always got what I needed to solve various problems. In fact I could say it's like I go once a week but from home since I get visited from an a Social Worker from there and the service is awesome and really help me toward my goal so I can't complain there Those who gave bad review didn't need what they ask that much to make their part or be patient but maybe some were just unlucky, it's possible. But I'm surely not the only one with a positive feedback for this particular CLSC. The building is pretty recent and decent too, and got a youth clinic attached, which I can't comment on.

(Original) Toutes les fois que j'ai dû me présenter à ce CLSC, j'ai été bien reçue! Cette fois, j'y étais pour les vaccins de mon bébé de 2 mois. J'ai eu la chance que l'infirmière m'installe dans une salle tranquille pour que j'allaite pendant les vaccins et où j'ai pu rester ensuite. Elle a appelé une collègue pour faire les deux vaccins en même temps pour lui éviter deux piqûres. Super belle expérience pour bébé et moi pour ses premiers vaccins.
