My husband and I were greeted in a friendly and professional manner. David dealt with my husbands needs for news lens while using his original frames. Now he has a backup pair which he desperately needed. It was a beneficial appointment with an upstanding , honest evaluation. Plus I was impressed that no payment was required until the glasses are ready. Our former optical experience required upfront full payment which I think is ridiculous.

Stopped in to get new silicon nose pads after losing one while on holiday in nearby Port Stanley. I was greeted with a smile, and they replaced the pads at no charge! Thank you, Elgin Optical for helping me enjoy the rest of my vacation:)

Terrible experience. Booked 5 apts for my family. My 3 kids and myself were seen When my husband showed up they refused him service as he can not wear a mask because he suffers from copd. His prescribed puffer wasn't good enough prove for them. Not only did we have to wait weeks to get these apts we also had to take a day off work because we could only get apts through the day. I have made him an apt elsewhere with absolutely no problem concerning him wearing a mask due to his MEDICAL CONDITION and the new place had zero problem with it! Steer clear of this place esspecially if you are too ill to wear a mask!
