What a fantastic experience! My son is 3 and we originally went to another optometrist and our experience was not a good one. Dr. Ryan was amazing with my son and really made him feel comfortable. As a parent I am so thankful he had patience and an incredible kindness about him. We will be lifelong patients at this office and more importantly of Dr. Ryan's! The front desk staff were wonderful as well!

First time visiting Byron Optometry for an eye exam and fitting. Good Covid protocols in place made me feel safe. Service provide was top notch and very happy with my new lenses. It’s very nice to see everything crystal clear again. I will indeed continue to support this local business.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to state how much I adore Dr. Shilpa Patil! Not only is she brilliant, but she's also one of the most easy going and fun people to talk to. She instantly makes you feel comfortable in her office and she take the time to explain what's happening. I would recommend her to anyone. She'll work with you and take the extra time to figure out what you need. I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.

am extremely pleased with the all around fantastic feeling at Byron Optometry. From the second we walked in we felt super comfortable and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Specifically, Andrea went out of her way to work with what we could afford atm and we ended up having to pay a very small portion of the final balance. I am so appreciative that it was one of the top 10 customer service experiences I have had!!

Hello!! Had a wonderful time picking out my new glasses! Jan was very knowledgeable and honest about choosing the right frames for my face shape. Great staff! From the pre testing to the exam it ran smoothly and they were extremely friendly. Everything that was going to happen and why it was going to happen were explained in detail. I was comfortable and didn’t feel rushed and had many opportunities to ask questions. Fast and efficient while still following covid protocols and keeping everyone safe. Would definitely recommend !

I've been going to Byron Optometry for several years now and have continually received excellent service! All of the staff are so welcoming and helpful - especially because I'm so picky about my glasses purchases. I usually have an eye exam with Dr. Bohnert and he's always been professional, considerate and extremely thorough. For reference, I've ordered 3 pairs of glasses from here and they all were ready very quick and had the perfect prescription - absolutely no issues. I couldn't recommend Byron Optometry more!

The staff is wonderful and professional. I like that reception deals with people in front of them before dealing with people on the phone and will even offer to call back if the phone wait is too long. The care the optometrists provide also leaves me very confident that they want what is best for you.

I’ve been going here since I was a child. The service is fast, friendly, and helpful. They’re more than willing to explain what they’re doing as they test your eyes, and are sensitive to the fact that people have budgets and will work with you to find the most cost effective options for lenses and frames. I’d definitely recommend Byron Optometry. I would note that I’d like to see them become members of the “Eye See, Eye Learn” program to help kids in low income families that need glasses.

I have been going here for a few years, since it was upstairs and I saw Dr. D first. I wanted to counter the above review about bad customer service. I have always received helpful and prompt service...have had problems with my newest glasses, getting them adjusted to the right fit. Every time I go in they are helpful, above and beyond. They are always friendly, and definitely make it apparent that they take pleasure in making sure that you are happy with your glasses, and determined to make sure they fit absolutely right! Yes, you can go elsewhere and get cheaper, or go on line....but I appreciate being able to just drop in and have someone look at my glasses and fix the problem. You don't get that at other cheap stores and definitely not if you order on line. Both the new docs are very nice too, and I love the new space downstairs. All in all, always great service, kudos to Byron Optometry

Had a full appt, first time at Byron Optometry. Dr Hutchinson did the exam. He was quite personable and we had a friendly conversation. He answered all my questions and was not pushy about getting new glasses. I then met with Jan who helped pick out a new pair. She also was very friendly and professional, helping me choose a pair that suited me. She has a great sense of humour and it ended up being a fun appointment. This is the place if you want a professional and friendly staff to help you.

While I typically see Dr. Buxton, whenever I was seen by one of the other optometrists, I received the same high quality service. Dr. jason Hutchinson, is a rip off artist. I came in for an eye exam and said they can't do it because of the battle with the government over price charges, OK. However he was will to take my $275. bucks to give me contact lense prescription and I purchased the Dallies from them, but I cannot purchase my 2-week lenses as the prescription only states dallies and he knew I wanted both types. Plus you can't purchase lenses anywhere else without an actual eye prescription which he won't give. There are many Optometry companies in London, so STAY AWAY FROM BYRON OPTOMETRY! UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF! Minus -5 stars if possible.
