Staff was very accomodating and helpful. The eye checkup is way lower compared to other shop and I just did walk in and I am so glad they have a slot to accomodate me. I love the glasses design as well.

I have a very strong prescription and a petite face. Finding glasses that work to meet both challenges has been hard over the years. The knowledgeable staff helped me find glasses that fit all my needs and I love them. The quality of the lenses is the best I’ve had and I’d recommend this place to everyone. Oh and did I mention the pricing was awesome. I am a very happy customer.

I am going to recommend Bailey Nelson to every one I know. The eye exam was seamless and the optometrist was very nice and made me feel super comfortable. The selection of glasses was great, and the two gentlemen working helped me pick out two frames and gave me their opinions when I was undecided between a few pairs. They were courteous and friendly. This was a fantastic experience and I can’t wait to get my frames in!

First off, I want to say Bailey Nelson glasses (both frames and lenses) are AMAZING. I've owned a pair since 2017 and they've held up super well. The style is awesome and I always get compliments on them. Now, this specific location...Faraz at BN Maisonville (and another lady who helped me over the phone, but I don't remember her name) have been amazing throughout the process of me updating my lenses. Their response was super quick and I got my glasses in no time. I can't recommend this location and Bailey Nelson glasses enough overall. Amazing value, quality and customer service. Thank you!!

Great professional service! Doctor was excelent, helped me figure out why I have headaches! Great front staff, very knowledgeable, doesn't try to push a product on you if you don't need. Honest and confident. I used to go to another store, cheaper. Well, cheaper is not better. Specially when it comes to your eyes! I definitely recommend the place!

It was my first time there and I had a really great experience. The store itself was very organized and had a great selection of frames, and they were very good with Covid-safe measures, cleaning each pair of glasses and equipment between each use. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. All of the sales associates gave plenty of space to the customers but were nearby if we needed anything and gave great suggestions when asked for them. I was helped by Emma and Danielle and they were so amazing and welcoming. Super helpful, friendly, *really* knew the products and stock well. The assistance is one of the reasons I'd go back again. They made me very comfortable to browse on my own time and didn't make me feel any pressure when suggesting products of upgrades, and they had answers to all of my questions. I had no problem getting my prescription (didn't even have to ask for it) and my PD to buy a backup pair of glasses online - some places make you feel a bit weird about getting that information. The optometrist that saw me was really nice and friendly, and explained and showed me everything as he went.

Two weeks ago,my husband had an appointment at Bailey Nelson ,to get a pair of glasses,we went together.We had a great experience,the staff (I'm sorry I don't remember the name)was amazing.My husband tried on few different options, finally we found one, that we both really liked,also received confirmation from staff that , this is a good choice.The staff was very helpful and professional,I would highly recommend this place to everyone.We supposed to wait for glasses two weeks, but they came early.

Waited over a month for my gf to get her glasses. No contact on their end, no phone calls or emails. We were told 8-10 days... So after waiting a month we called and were told the order wasn't put through properly although we both watched the manager of the store put it in. Upon calling the store the lady on the phone said we hadn't paid, we paid at the store, she finally got it sorted but informed us it would be another week wait. So after a week (no contact again) we call and are told the glasses came in but did not pass the "quality check " and we would have to wait another week. She picked up her glasses today with no accountability from the staff, no apology and not even a discount (not that we were looking for one). Complete and utter disappointment with this company
