Passive aggressive secretary. After confirming my appointment, she asked if I wanted to reserve time to choose my glasses. I told her that I'd get them online, I only needed the exam. She then told me that they: "prioritize people who buy glasses here". When the day came, I forgot my appointment. It's entirely my fault and I take full responsibility. However, I still expect to be treated with basic respect. I got a call from an angry lady telling me I had an appointment. She said that I could not come back there. And fair enough, that's my bad. That doesn't make it okay to talk down to me though. In the end I'm glad I missed the appointment and spared my mood that day. Such rudeness. I'll get better services elsewhere. X( yuck
