In the middle of a snowstorm (so 2h30-3h drive) and 45 minutes before my appointment, I was called to tell me that they were not going to put my IUD on me, but simply to have a consultation and that I was going to having to reschedule an appointment so that the doctor can rest it for me afterwards… No way of accommodating me, apart from giving me a discount on the insertion of the IUD at the next appointment, which does not even cover not travel expenses from Sherbrooke to the clinic. The supervisor advised me an online consultation when she had just told me that she had to give me a PAP test and others… in the presence! What a lack of skill and professionalism. En pleine tempête de neige (donc 2h30-3h de route) et 45 minutes avant mon rendez-vous, on m’a appelée pour me dire qu’on allait pas me poser mon stérilet, mais simplement faire une consultation et que j’allais devoir reprendre un rendez-vous pour que le médecin puisse me le reposer par la suite… Aucune façon de m’accommoder, mis à part le fait de me donner un rabais sur la pose de stérilet au prochain rendez-vous ce qui ne couvre même pas les frais de déplacement de Sherbrooke à la clinique. La superviseure m’a conseillée une consultation en ligne alors qu’elle venait de me dire qu’elle devait me faire un PAP test et autres… en présence! Quel manque de compétence et de professionnalisme.

Worst experience ever. 1. The doctor was NOT knowledgeable at all and NOT professional at all. 2. Poor coordination between the client service center and the clinics. My sister recovered from COVID19, and the nurse from Info Santé confirmed that she was officially out of isolation. When she made the appointment with the service center, they told her that there would be no problem making an appointment for her because she officially recovered from COVID19. But when she arrived at this clinic, THE DOCTOR WAS FREAKING OUT THAT SHE TESTED POSITIVE EVEN IF SHE SAID THAT INFO SANTÉ APPROVED THE END OF HER ISOLATION. The doctor clearly didn't have ANY KNOWLEDGE ABOUT COVID19. ALL HE SAID WAS THAT MY SISTER COULD BE STILL CONTAGIOUS AND THAT SHE HAD TO STAY HOME FOR 3 MORE WEEKS. According to Info Santé and the government of Québec Covid 19 website, IT'S CLEARLY STATED THAT COVID19 VIRUS IS NOT CONTAGIOUS AFTER 10 DAYS. He was SCARED to examine my sister. He barely examined anything. He didn't even check her breathing carefully because he was so scared to approach her. This unprofessional behaviour also scared my sister. WITHOUT EXAMINING ANYTHING AND TREATING THE PATIENT IN A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY, THE CLINC STILL CHARGED $140. This is outrageous. I didn't have a chance to talk to anyone in the clinic because they were busy pushing my sister out of the clinic. I am never going back to this location.

I did the online consultation on top of they asked to go there from brossard on the same day for some additional test that i didn’t need because i did them a month ago, paid 500$ in total and only answer i had for all that trouble is you are fine. Écoeurée de la situation, vendredi dernier, j'ai envoyé une plainte par écrit. Ce matin, je reçois une réponse de la part de l'adjointe administrative disant que c'était parce que Best Doctors avait pas payé la facture et comme par magie Best Doctors ont reçu la facture ce matin! Spécial ils avaient le numéro de fax... Par chance que vous avez de bons médecins car le service est horrible! Désormais, pour ma famille et moi! Nous irons ailleurs!!!

Mon fils fait la radio, la secrétaire me dit que les résultats vont être donné cette journée même à la clinique ! Aucuns résultats après avoir appelé plusieurs fois !! Lundi on appelle de nouveau. La radio a été envoyé et recu a 8 am à la clinique. Aucun suivi sur le résultat de la radio ! 6 jours de fièvre pour mon fils. 150$ en moins et on ose se faire raccrocher au nez par la secrétaire ! Aucun Professionnalisme et la santé d’un enfant n’est pas une priorité???
