Came into the store to replace my broken frame and get a new pair of glasses, I went here since it's closer than my usual glasses store in another city. The owner finished everything in under a week (I wanted high-index lens like my original glasses so it took a bit longer but still quite fast from a special order), and all at a reasonable price. Overall I'm very satisfied with the new pairs and would definitely come again if I ever need a new one. Highly recommended!

I noticed the shop when I was driving by and decided to check their reviews online when I got home and made an appointment because the reviews were good. I cannot speak highly enough of the service I got at Imperial optical! I am so happy I chose to go to them for my newest glasses. The staff were all friendly and helpful, worked with my insurance and there was lots of variety to choose from! They worked hard not only to make the experience enjoyable and easy for me but also affordable! (As well as my glasses were finished within a few days!!) But the friendliness and service is what really makes the impression in my mind and will bring me back there when I need contacts or my next set of frames. Ramzi and his team were amazing! They told me that ‘word of mouth’ was how most business came their way and I hope this keeps up! Check them out! 5 stars for sure!

Okay i went in the store feeling like a prince . I walked out feeling like a King .The owner is a really nice guy and he tries hard to please you. He has great frames and best of all he has great prices .Do not ask me about names i am terrible with names . But the Lady who does the financial part of it is also very sweet . This is not a chain glass store this is independent owned . If you want great service excellent customer service go to Imperial Optical . This my second time going to Imperial and it was just as good as the first time . It is friendly place no pressure i would recommend this place hands down . Satisfied Customer

Had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. The optometrist was extremely friendly and thorough. She took her time and was extremely patient with me and my situation. Great service and very friendly . checked out 4 or 5 other places but choice this place. would defiantly use them again. would have given a 5 star except for one small issue. they said they would call when glasses were ready. after almost a moth i called them and they said the glasses were ready. otherwise top notch.

Excellent customer service!!! Your glasses are ready for the next day. In most places you have to wait for one week minimum to get your glasses done. The prices are great. The Manager / Optician Ramzi is very professional, very friendly and really cares about you. I will recommend 100 % Imperial Optical to everybody. If you are in need of glasses it is a good opportunity to check this place now because they have a very good deal at the moment. I am so happy that I found Imperial Optical!

I was at Imperial optic 2 weeks ago for a comprehensive eye exam as advised by my family doctor. Optometrist Petra is really competent and rigorous at her job. She listens your story patiently and makes you feel relaxed with her attitude. The same also goes for Ramsey, owner of the store. He is friendly and helpful. I noticed the customers share the same impressions from the dialogues and smiles on their faces while I was there.

Went in there today to start my dreaded search for new glasses. This is usually a long long process for me because I am a very indecisive person. I absolutely hate shopping for glasses. Right away I was greeted politely. After me trying on almost every pair Ramsey (I beleive was his name) came over to help me. He was very patient and honest with me about what looked good and what did not, as well as the other lady working and even other customers! I was there for probably 2 hours and I ended leaving with not 1 but 2 pairs of glasses. Probably some of the best service I have received. Thank you!

Recently got my new prescription through here. Had some questions and an adjustment a few days later and he sat down with me for 40 minutes, going into a very detailed and interesting explanation that I have never gotten out of my actual eye doctor. It was very enlightening, and I will absolutely return here next time I need any such services.
