Whether it is a regular check up or something more involved, you are treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Boucher and Optometric Assistant, Maria, are both caring and helpful people who treat you as I'm sure they would a family member.

Most of my experience at this place is with Dr. Weisbeck, who has taken care of my kids (and later myself) for something like 10 years now. Excellent doctor, wonderful with kids, wonderful with adults. The staff are also great: pleasant, cheerful, highly helpful (in my case, especially Naomi and Lori-Ann, but all of them are). Heartily recommend the place.

Very professional but in a thoughtful and relaxed way. Encouraged questions and patient understanding. Explained everything in advance of each and every procedure. Nice quiet surroundings and one stop shopping. Left in less than 1 hour with treatment plan outline and driving glasses ordered. My first cataract and am looking forward to my time with the ophthalmologist and surgery.

Dr. Weisbeck is a wonderful doctor and her staff are excellent as well. She's punctual, thorough, and kind. I find procedures relating to the eye to be a bit unnerving and started to have an anxiety attack during my appointment today. Nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve been to many eye drs and staff have never been as CONSISTENTLY friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable as they are here. Myself and my son have seen Dr Weisbeck and I was previously misdiagnosed with an eye condition from a different optometrist which worried me and she told me I didn’t even have this condition. I’ve always had issues with my left contact lens being blurry and she found the best fit and prescription so I can see perfectly now. Receptionists are amazing as well especially with my 4 year old son. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I won’t go anywhere else now.
