My dad & I went in person to order contact lenses, & they said it'll come within a week. It's been two weeks and I still haven't gotten a call so I called in to check if the contacts arrived already only to find out that they never ordered them two weeks ago. What a disappointment. The lady I was speaking with about this inquiry said she'll call me back but never did as well.

I’ve been going to spectrum for a few years now and have always had success. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful. They also have a huge selection of glasses of which the staff is more then willing to help with find a pair that best suits you. I highly recommend going to Spectrum for the top notch service.

Optometrists and opticians are always excellent, but reception staff at the South Albert location are rude and unprofessional. I’ll keep going as I like Dr. Robertson - but I always dread dealing with Jill at the front desk! ????
