You have to wait to go inside but there is a heated waiting area. Great staff. Masks are mandatory. Trendy glasses.

Dr. Robertson saw my little girl.. did an exceptionally thorough examination.. treated her and myself with respect, explaining everything. Put an order through for her glasses on rush, and is seeing her for a repeat examination in a couple of weeks. Front staff was polite, and efficient. A welcome relief after poor service at another retailer where my daughter was even misdiagnosed. My only complaint is that Dr. Robertson is quitting this year and moving on to other things.. :( Great doctor!

Dr.La- Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL- Paid for an eye test- 160.00. Go to get lenses and now told "It wasn't finalized" and expect me to pay AGAIN to get my prescription?? They should be sued !

I had my eyes checked at a satellite office and was told to stop in at the Rochdale location because they had a good variety of frames/lens/coating deals. I went in this past Sat. There were customers that were being helped by 2 or 3 staff and then there were 3 staff members sitting in front of computers drinking Tim Hortons at a counter together. When I stated that I wanted to look at the budget frames a tall girl in the middle showed me 2 corner cabinets and said look at the frames in the top 2 drawers and that is what we have. She then left me on my own to look and returned to her spot. That was the only interaction I had with a staff member. Nobody offered to help me find a good fit or frame. I looked at the frames and then left. Not impressed with customer service or lack of

If I could give zero stars I would... I came in for an eye exam and the doctor was very nice and helped so much but my problem is the front end staff.. I had ordered trial contact lenses and was told it should only take a couple of days.. I waited 3 weeks and had called after a week and half but never received a call back or an answer to my calls.. I then finally got ahold of them after 3 weeks just to find out they forgot to order them!!! She then offered me another set of the trial lenses and 10% off my order of contacts.. i thought that was really nice except for the fact that I then waited 2 weeks for the trial lenses again and when I called and said what’s going on they informed me my contacts had been there for a week but no one told me... so now I have two pairs of trial lenses that were worse then the original ones I had.. so there gift is useless. I will not ever be coming back here and I really hope they train there front end properly in the future.

Booked a appointment to look at glasses and no one helped me, I looked at glasses for 15 min with not one employee asking if I needed anything. I left and went to Factory Optical down the street and bought 2 pairs.

Very bad experiences almost more than one month to get my kids glass's and still I did not get. They do not response what I expected if I wish I would have given them no stars. I understand during covid hard but still they have to some work and right they are very irresponsible and lazy. This is my last time going to their eye clinic very bad experience especially for my kids and they are going to school without glass's and their teachers always tell me to get their glasses

Just tried to order new lens for glasses I bought there less then a year ago, they wouldn't allow it since my prescription was from years ago. Like I even asked, can I just buy the lenses and reply was they would want an exam done first. Guess they make too much money and don't need mine.

I have been trying to find the perfect pair of glasses, and was shopping around, but was unable to find the right pair. When I went to the Rochdale location of FYI doctors, I was immediately greeted by Jessica, and she helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. Her customer service and knowledge of the different brands was excellent. She went through all the options for lenses and frames and made sure I made the best choice for my budget. I would highly recommend Jessica for all your eyeglasses and sunglasses needs!

Have been going to Dr Thatcher for too many years to remember. He is rather punctual and very good at explaining any problems I may have with my eyes. Am more than satisfied with the staff, especially Jessica on Rochdale and Susan downtown. They go above and beyond with the great service. Thanks ladies.

Worst exp ever. Sitting waiting for apt that was half hour past the time it was. And another time was told glasses were in so drive there and i was told that they had not arrived. Would never deal with this place again and wont hesitate to pass that on to family and friends. Once glasses in this will be the last time they get my business. .

Me and my husband had the best experience at this location this recent Saturday when trying to find glasses for both of us, one of the workers named Amanda did a great job helping us and informing us with everything we need to know. She spent a lot of time with us and was so patient and nice. Highly recommended FYidoctors at Rochdale.

I have been going to FYI Rochdale location for a few years now and have been very satisfied. I have my eyes examined by Dr Baldock who is caring, friendly and professional. Love the front line staff too. All are super friendly and helpful. There is a great selection of eyewear for both everyday and sunglasses. I would highly recommend FYI at the Rochdale location!

I've had great care from everyone I've seen at FYI doctors over the years. I don't always see the same doctor, as I require treatment for a recurring condition that needs to be looked after quickly when it crops up. Dr. Baldock was the latest to see me. I can't speak highly enough of her and the staff at FYI Rochdale.

Had gotten an foreign object in my one eye. Was told from a friend that he was sent to FYidoctors from a walk in clinic when he had the same thing happen to him. Called FYi and was booked in immediately. Dr. Kayla Beattie looked after me. Super person. Removed object and cleaned up eye. Anyone please go if possible directly to FYi for help if you encounter the same situation. Also all work done was covered by SK Health – no cost to you for this. Again Thank you very much Dr. Beattie – really appreciate the care and service – Randy

Did not have to book far in advance to get in, able to see us both. Courteous and efficient staff that were well informed. Did not try to up sell us on more expensive frames, helped us select frames that looked good and advised us on style that best suited us. Facility was clean and properly maintained. Great experience. We will highly recommend.
