I've been going to this clinic for longer than I care to say, and seeing Dr. Loewen since around the time he joined the clinic—and now my husband and son see him too. Every person we talk to at the clinic is friendly, patient, and kind; I have always had exceptional service during my exams and whenever we've purchased glasses and contacts. When my son broke his first pair of glasses twice in a year, they helped with repair and eventual replacement at no cost, and their kids lens program was amazing.

Always have a wonderful experience at this office. Dr. Warner is wonderful and attentive. When I was getting ready for laser eye surgery and started having second thoughts, I called him and he took the time to answer all of my questions that I had and gave me his honest opinions. Post surgery he called me to check up and see how I was doing. Honestly, I trust him when it comes to my eyes and checking for things that would not know to ask. He does the same when my son comes to see him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

UPDATE I Called last week to book an appointment the receptionist straggled to find my name as I went here before then she told me she will call me back however I never hear back from her after an entire week I'm still waiting for the call... Rude receptionist 2019 Nice, attentive and helpful staff however they change most of their staff not the same. Good environment, playing area for kids.

Office was comfortable and clean, staff was pleasant. Saw Dr.Warner and could not have been more impressed. Was inviting, easy to talk to, knowledgable, and very casual. Wasn't rushed at all, took the time to thoroughly explain things I was unclear on. Left feeling confident on his assesment and the future care of my eyes. 10/10 best optometrist in Saskatchewan. Highly recommended.

Just started taking my son there. We have gone twice. The staff is very friendly however my sons glasses got bent from a basketball and bent the arm a bit. When I asked if they could bend it back for him they told me his glasses were to far bent to be fixed, we took the glasses to Factory Optical and they had my sons glasses fixed within minutes! Pretty sure they wanted me to buy new glasses when all they needed was to be bent back. Not impressed.

We have been looking for a family Optometrist in Regina for a few years and finally tried out Eye Health Centre. The clinic was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I had my husband and 3 children with me and they were exceptionally accomodating to the shuffle to get all the kids done. We saw Dr. Loewen for the appointments, including my 3 small kids, ages 2,4, and 9. He was wonderful with them. Got everything he needed and was so calm and patient with them. I couldn't have asked for better. Would strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent eye care for themselves and their family.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I wasn't able to get see my regular doctor, Dr. Monea but I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Poncsak who was very professional and thorough with her exam, would highly recommend. I look forward to seeing her at my next appointment.

I was very impressed with the service from the whole team. Dr. Warner was a very kind, thorough and knowledgeable doctor. He was really good in follow up when I had questions - I had many as I am a first time eyeglass wearer and he was patient with me in my questions. The ladies that helped me select glasses were amazing as well! This clinic has a nice family feel to it.
