Icon Vision care staff are super friendly and personable. Dr. Wan is extremely thorough and takes the time to explain things to me and ensures I fully understand everything, and never makes you feel rushed. Great place to get your eyes examined for the prescription as well as any health concerns.

Dr. Wan is professional, thorough, and kind. The staff are also exceptional. I've been attending this clinic for several years doing routine eye exams and contact lens fittings. I was always impressed with these routines appointments, but their wonderful care became even more obvious recently when I experienced a potential eye emergency. Dr. Wan and his staff were extremely accommodating and handled my situation promptly. Since, they've done amazing followup. I'm so grateful to be a patient at this clinic. They also have an awesome selection of glasses and I've always found exactly what I'm looking for.

Absolutely phenomenal eye exam!. He was very informative & friendly!. Which was very helpful since my eye sight had drastically changed (the wonders of aging lol) If you're indigenous with treaty status they do direct bill. I do advise to phone in & request a preapproval for your eye exam. A wonderful lady called them to assure my eye exam could go forward without moving my eye exam appointment further. (I can't say they will do this every time) However, I wanted to note the staff went out of their way for my appointment. Excellent staff, very friendly & helpful!

The staff were very professional, maybe the dr could take notes on how to treat and communicate with his patients. I ended up in worse shape then when I went in, as the surface of my eye ended up getting scratched through the process. Very painful and no one wanted to take responsibility but blamed everyone else.... Not Impressed! Definitely will not go back to see this Dr.

These folks are wonderful! Dr. Wan took the time to address all my concerns and completed a very thorough eye exam and ensured an additional OCT was completed. Once available, he took the necessary time to review those results. All along the way he ensured to address any questions I might have had. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. As well, everyone did their part to ensure I was satisfied with my new prescription lenses. I am extremely satisfied with my new prescription and Icon Vision Care (Red Deer) I highly recommend them!!

The ONLY eye place you need!! I called almost every single place in Red Deer looking for something specific, other places not only did not have what I needed but did not have great phone manners, either!! Since first contact, all of the girls out front have been beyond amazing and very helpful. Dr. Wan was fast, efficient and made sure I was completely happy with my prescription and contacts.

Great service from the girls helping me pick out my glasses even though I took forever. I love their selection, for being a smaller building they had lots to see snd really trendy styles. Very friendly and I would highly recommend! Also a little note for us petite frame size girls... There was lots to choose from!!

I've been to a few good optometrists in town, but Dr. Wan is the best by far. He took the time to ask questions, clarify, and give me additional information. I appreciated the follow up information "things to watch for". I highly recommend him as your family optometrist.

Dr. Wan genuinely cares about his patients as he was the only optometrist who recommended a dilation to being proactive in my eye care health and he took the time to educate me in some concerns he may have regarding my particular needs. The ladies there are also very professional, knowledgeable, and don’t try to up-sell you a bunch of unnecessary products unlike other places in Red Deer. Their prices are very competitive but honestly even if I found a place cheaper, I’d still come here as I know I’m in good hands.

My husband and I always have a great experience at Icon Vision Care. Dr. Wan is so professional and thorough. Maja helped me pick out frames and saved me so much time!!! She knew exactly what would work for my face, she sat and priced out lenses and frames for me. I never felt pressured! I am so satisfied with ALL of their services. Highly recommend!
