Great experience! Would not go anywhere else. Dr Willoughby spent a good 45 mins with me, he was very informative, diagnosed the real problem and had me booked iñ for my blocked tear ducts. I went to 2 previous optometrists who soent 5 mins with me and misdiagnosed me. Would not go anywhere else!!!

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Dean Willoughby and had a fantastic experience. The front desk was helpful and kind and Dean gave a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, honest and was very insightful into what he was seeing. On top of that, he recommended that glasses weren't ideal for me so just the exam was needed, very honest and I appreciated that. It was my first eye exam as an adult and I was really happy about the whole thing.

Great optometrist, office does not know how to stick to an appointment. Had an appointment 40 mins ago and still waiting. I don’t understand the point of making an appointment when you get treated as a walk in anyway. If you have the time to sit and wait forever, and have nothing else to do that day, go see them.

Have been going to Dr Willoughby for 20 years. Always does a great eye exam and explains things in lay mans terms. Also the lady who does the eye glasses is wonderful and helpful and found that their prices are on par with places such as Costco and Lenscrafters. Best place I have ever gone.
