This place is a joke, can’t talk to a doctor because no ones around. The receptionist is the rudest smart talking person who thinks she spent 10 years in school to become a doctor. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a laproscopic proceedure performed by Dr. Farries. He is very professional, knowledgible, as well as a highly talented Surgeon. This was my second surgery with him, both times with fantastic results. I also wanted to give a shout out to the medical team at RDRH, they took very good care of me during the time I was in the hospital. The administration staff at City View were also very attentive and nice. I have no hesitations recommending this place.

My surgeon was fabulous during my consult but reception is absolutely horrible to get a hold of. I had difficulty getting through to speak to anyone on multiple occasions and when I was finally able to get through they had long waits on hold. I had multiple missed called from the clinic with no voicemails left. As a patient this made me very hesitant to have any surgery done as I am not confident I would have support for any post operative care.

I was a little upset as they called to cancel my second appointment due to the doctor being called for an "emergency schedule change," whatever that means... My appointment was in 4.5 hours... I already took the day off work and this has been scheduled for 2 weeks. It only bothers me because theu require 48 hours notice for a patient cancellation, yet they can call me 4 hours before my appointment to cancel and that's okay? I suppose there are only two doctors on staff and I know emergencies happen and things don't always go as planned. They took care of setting me up with another appointment quickly, I'm just annoyed I took the day off and prepared for the appointment and was cancelled on with such short notice. The nurses and doctors as well as the staff are very good at making you feel comfortable.

Super upset as I have waited for almost 5 months for my appointment and they cancel within last 2 weeks of my appointment. I am a camp worker so I cancelled my flight to work and they need me to reschedule. And I cannot afford to make another flight or an appointment. She mentioned he may have emergency surgery or have the day off. You cannot know he has emergency surgery on that day and if he has the day off you should not have scheduled me in for that day.

Absolutely rude front desk staff. Made me feel like I didn’t want these people anywhere near my body, especially if I had to be put under for surgery. When these places are meant to care for Albertans they should have some sort of people skills at the front as a first impression face of the company. Highly recommend finding a better place for your own comfort and safety. Disgraceful. Would be “0”stars!

Dr. McColl and Dr. Gregg performed a big surgery on me exactly three months ago today. I cannot say enough good about how awesome they were!! They were so professional and caring and I have had a very good recovery!! I would absolutely recommend very highly these two surgeons to everyone!! Also I cannot say enough good about the very good care I received from the nurses and staff in the RDRH. Their care and compassion was second to none!! Finally the E.T. nurses Trish and Sue and the homecare nurses who were so awesome and helped me adjust and get used to my new way of life!! Thank-you so very much to all of you!!???????? Surgeon was a healthy hour late for my consult and made no mention or explanation why he was late. Did not mention any risks of surgery when hernia repair was suggested. Was running several hours behind on the day of my surgery and nurses tried to tell me it was because he was so thorough... Now a week into healing and I have what I'm assuming is nerve damage due to numbness and weird pain(could be temporary.... Could not be) according to what I looked up on google . He forgot to prescribe a med for my after care. He did call the day after to see how I was and I was still too doped up to ask questions...I am disappointed at how little was explained to me for how supposedly thorough he is. Would not recommend.
