Absolutely terrible the doctor gave me some meds which help, but every time I call there the staff are always rude to me and whenever I need a phone call appointment for a prescription refill they always say in a rude tone "it'll be 3 to 4 weeks". Are you kidding me 3 to 4 weeks for a prescription refill ? Thanks for nothing I'm gonna find a new doctor one that actually cares.

Up until the pandemic, never had any issues with this clinic. Have been with them since they opened in town, in fact, and loved them. Everything went south when our doctor left town, however. Previously, you were promised a choice for a new doctor, however this was rescinded due to the pandemic. You just end up with whoever is decided on by the clinic now. New doctor couldn't even be relied upon for prescription renewals, so it was difficult to trust them with more complex problems (which have been worsening). New doctor also made it incredibly difficult to discuss health issues, and was very terse over the phone. When concerns regarding these issues were brought up, and we requested being moved (ASAP - can understand it taking time) to another doctor at the clinic, we were instead given an ultimatum by the staff - "Take what we're giving you, or leave". Obviously, we left. But this is certainly a great way to create further strain on Urgent Care and the ER during this time, especially for patients with chronic illness/illnesses coming out of remission. And I know we weren't the only ones put in this position.

Took Mom there for her first face to face appointment. Staff were awesome. Minimal wait, Doctor saw her very quickly, was friendly, helpful, explained everything in easy to understand terms and made sure Mom understood before we left.
