I had the Upper Blepharoplasty (Upper Eyelid) surgery, performed by Dr. Hesham Lakosha early March of 2021 and am very pleased with the results. Dr Laksoha was attentive and answered all of my question fully and, best of all, performed the surgery with great skill so that the eyes looked much better after the procedure and there was rapid healing and minimal scarring. I highly recommend Dr Lakosha to anyone who requires treatment of a condition similar to mine.

Got ICL at this place. I was not eligible for LASIK, due to the flatness and strength of my perscription. I was looking to have the procedure done as quickly as possible, and the office accommodated this request without forgoing safety. The cost was $6000 for both eyes, which is in the same range as what other places charge for this procedure in Canada. It might be possible to get it for $3500 for both eyes in another country, but personally I think the price is reasonable and that the doctor has enough experience working with eyes to well justify the price. If you are looking to get it done without leaving HRM, as I was, this is your best bet. The procedure itself was around 20 min an eye. No pain. The drug they offered to calm me down before the surgery is something I would very strongly recommend taking. My only complaint is that i was only prescribed enough steroids / anti-inflammatory / disinfectant for a single eye when I was having two operated on . I didn’t realize I didn’t have enough drops myself; a friend pointed it out to me. I brought it up with an assistant, and they said I had enough. it was only when I brought it up with the surgeon that I discovered they had only given me enough drops for one eye for a month. This was then corrected and I was prescribed more eye drops. However, if my friend hadn’t pointed it out then I may have run out of eye drops early, which could have been bad for my recovery. Also, I now have 20-20 vision and can see perfectly without glasses. Which is pretty sweet.

Went in to get a consultation a bit ago and was very impressed. Clinic staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. The doctors were very accommodating and knowledgable.

Fantastic experience. Dr. Lakosha and his team are super friendly, informative and helpful. I recently had IOL implants after removal of cataracts and can now go glasses free (not even readers!) after 58 years of wearing glasses or contacts. I'm extremely pleased with the results.

DO NOT GO HERE. MY SURGERY FAILED. I had bad chalazion eye surgery (form of stye) and paid almost 400 dollars and Lakosha (the doctor, dont even deserve Dr.,) told me it is suchhh an easy surgery, would take 10 min, and it did. The problem happened 2 days after the surgery when the yellow discharge kept coming out of my eyes, and I still had hard lumps on my eyelids. I went back to see him and he said, "well chalazion is a chronic thing. You will have them FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE." Seriously?? Why did you tell me to have the surgery in the first place?? He said if it gets worse i would eventually have to have ANOTHER surgery. I am so upset beyond belief. Dont go there. All he wants is your money.

had the RLE surgery in Oct past, as i was tired of wearing glasses, from the first contact to final procedure, was a GREAT experience, friendly comforting staff, and Dr. Lakosha himself was very down to Earth, overall i HIGHLY recommend the procedure, as a truck driver, i needed glasses to see distance, but on sunny days, could not wear adequate sunglasses, with my new Symfony lenses in place, i can wear the same awesome sunglasses i wear on my motorcycle, which GREATLY reduces eye fatigue.

This office is a joke. Sure he is qualified. But they "double dip" for clients who get to bill their visit through MSI. If you are covered for your visit though MSI, do not go here!!!!!! They will tell you that MSI only covers your exam, and not your prescription and that you have to pay for your prescription. That is totally untrue. They bill MSI for your visit which includes your prescription any opthalmologist that you go to. So they are frauding the government and charging you for your prescription. Go anywhere else and you get your prescription.. and have the visit covered by MSI (as long as MSI covers your visit).

I have been a patient of Dr Lakosha for about 7 years. I had an viral eye infection in my right eye that caused me serious complications and I went from 20/20 vision to having serious astigmatism in my right eye. For about 3 years my lens prescription changed every 6months until the treatment prescribed by Dr Lakosha finally cleared up the symptoms of the infection. While I still am required to take daily medication to keep the virus in check, my vision has finally been stable for a few years, although only when wearing expensive prescription glasses (reading glasses, bifocal glasses, and prescription sunglasses) I recently had a lens replacement surgery by Dr Lakosha, using a Tecnis Monofocal Intraocular lens. The surgery was quick and painless, and within a few hours my vision was back to 20/20. Dr Lakosha and his staff were excellant and provided friendly and professional care. I owe my vision to Dr Lakosha and his team.

A ll the staff are extremely courteous and proprofessional. I had laser surgery to remove a cataract and it was all done within an hour and a half. The procedure is very quick and painless. I did not have any pain nor infection. I don't have to wear glasses anymore except for reading. I strongly recommend Doctor Lakosha and his team. They are the best. I booked an appointment for 8 and got a phone call to confirm the day before. Got there and they weren't even open, we stayed because we understand that they might be running a bit late. 8:15 they open, we get inside with 3 other people, no one at reception. 8:30, we knew at least there was one person in the office but didn't even come by to say sorry they were running late, take our names, or acknowledge our existence. We got up and left, I can't speak for the doctors, but terrible customer service.
