We usually give nothing less than 3 stars unless our experience was abhorrent. While vacationing, our home pharmacy arranged for transfer of medications to this pharmacy in time for our ferry arrival however, instead of calling us to save us time or collect information explaining rationale for not filling our meds, the pharmacist decided to wait until we showed up first, only to tell us that she could not fill the prescription because it was 12 hrs early when our home pharmacy said ànyone would understand. Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time. Big mistake dealing with Rexall, another pharmacy was happy to fill it, understanding completely that while traveling, providing some grace is required to help clients out. We were discriminated against based on the location and the population our home pharmacy serves. This pharmacist is not client-centered, lacks empathy, and was judgmentmental and unethical. Support small business and say no to big box non Canadian stores! Poor quality medications, service, and extreemly poor safety standards of practice.
