The store is clean, has a really good selection of toys, food and snacks. I love the hairless pig he seemed lonely I almost brought him home. So cute. Plus you should see their dog grooming section it's a spa for animals.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to purchase the cat food I desired and it was on sale. For the item I was looking for that was not in stock, I was provided simple instructions on how I could still order the item if it was available online. The store was clean and visually appealing. Covid protocols were in place and being followed. All in all a great shopping experience. Thanks!

Their web site is a joke. They don't take online payment, which I guess is a good thing since they don't carry half the stuff they advertise. However it still caused inconveniences as my pet sitter had to pay out of pocket until I was able to get them the money. Placed an order online, get a voice mail the next morning saying they don't have what I wanted. I call them back to see what they do have. Confirm with my spouse if that will work for our pet. It did, so I placed a second online order. 4 days later still no updates on if my order is ready or if they do not have it. Luckily I was able to find the food I needed somewhere else, before my pet ran out. Waste of time and energy. Shop elsewhere!
