Dirty and poorly kept. We were served and the food was fine but the restaurant was a mess. Garbages overflowing, both ketchup dispensers were broken, dirty trays and garbage all over the restaurant. As well, someone had dropped a smoothy on the floor in the middle of the drink area and it stayed that way for the entire time we were at the restaurant which was about 30 minutes. A puddle of smoothy in the middle of the floor! This should never be allowed to happen. Sunday night or not, this should be cleaned up immediately.

I have never gone into a place that was more disgusting than the Port Hawkesbury McDonald's. We went thru drive-thru and they gave us wrong drinks. Then was told to go to wait spot. After 10 mins I went inside to find out where food was. NO ONE behind counter had mask on or gloves. After waiting another 10 mins I finally spoke to someone. They brought bag over and I opened it. We ordered a big Mac meal and a cheeseburger with bacon and paid extra money for big Mac sauce. It looked like someone chewed up the bacon before putting it on my burger. Should have taken picture before I left. On top of food being cold and nasty, there was no one who spoke English properly. I have no problem with other cultures but do have a problem with laziness and no professional development. The manager was not interested in my complaint or complaints of 4 other ppl who also asked to speak to him. I will never go back there again and im sure neither will the other customers that were there. I live in neighborhood and this is totally unacceptable. Never again!!!!

Finalement la chemise grise a dit et je site : "moi, je suis game d'y aller !". Game ? Non mais c' quoi cette gestion de merde ! C ta job de dire a tes employés les tâches a faire s'il ne les voient pas et sinon à toi de faire ces tâches, c TA job ! Wow ! J'ai tellement trouvé ça ridicule que, aillant déjà et coordonatrice de plancher dans un fast food pendant près de 4ans, j'avais envie de traverser et leur apprendre comment on donne du service et comment on travail ! Sérieux, ça manque de professionnalisme ! Est-ce que c pcq vous avez maintenant des bornes pour nous servir qu'il n'y a plus de service ?? Je m'arrête ici car j'en aurais trop à dire. Malheureusement à québec, pcq je n'ai pas été ailleur, ça fait pitié le service dans les McDo. C'étais tellement mieux dans le temps où il n'embauchait pas n'importe qui. Arrived about 10 minutes ahead of closing time for the restaurant. When we got out of the car and walked towards the entrance, an employee raced to the entry door to lock it to keep us from entering, then raced back to the kitchen rather than letting us know nicely that the dining area was closed and to use the drive through. Got the message loud and clear and decided to go elsewhere, I’d suggest anyone else do the same. Steer clear.

I'm changing my review from a 4 star to a 1 star. While waiting to be served. The manager waited on the couple in front of me and then just walked away. He didn't even give the couple their order number. When I did get waited on. My order was 2 coffee . Both with sweetener and one with milk. Plus one was supposed to be decaffeinated. Both were regular coffee. Both had sugar in them ( I'm a diabetic) so not good and both had cream in them. That is like the 4th time. I been there and my coffee was messed up.

Went to McDonald's today for the 1st time in a year - hadn't been in a long time, not because of Covid protocols or implications, just don't like the product or service - unfortunately, my daughter had given me a gift card. Ate in, hardly any using the dine in service. As ever with this particular branch, the food, a $22 order, was lukewarm at best and tasteless- in other words, the usual. Burger, fries, coffee the same (as was my wife's). Needless to say, this will be my last visit and I'll be sure to tell my colleagues and friends not to waste their money or time.

Oui, j'aime le McDo, pis leur bouffe me réconforte un peu après une longue journée, mais criss que c'est plate se fier à du monde pas compétent. I had to wait 14 minutes for a coffee and laute to then be told that the latte machine was broken ????. Getting close to 4:00 and I was the only customer there at the time. All of a sudden the place filled up. No fault of the cashier as she was the only one working. There were 4 other employees in the store when I got there one being a female management I assume as the uniform she had on. I think she thought it was more important to play around with 2 of the other employees as to help the poor girl on cash. I did get a little frustrated after 12 minutes waiting but assured the young cashier and the poor girl trying to help her get caught up as it was starting to get very busy. First time in all my years going to McDonald's I've ever experienced anything like that. Glad I wasn't getting dinner ????

This is a nice McDonald's. It is always clean and the staff are very friendly. I wish it had a play structure or something for kids, and they do sometimes get very busy and forget small things from orders, but they're always very quick to correct any errors and just incredibly friendly. They keep their high chairs nice and clean and make sure to wrap the tops after cleaning, and include a bib and wet wipe, so you know it's clean.
