Went in today to get my glasses repaired after I accidentally dropped and broke them. Scott pulled me in within 15 minutes of calling in, replaced my glasses and I was on my way with clean, working glasses! 20 minutes! I had it done before work! And of course a big shoutout to Dr hsiung whom I have been visiting for 6 years now. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I attempted to use my 1 year replacement guarantee from Dr. Hsuing. Unfortunately his staff were evasive and unhelpful, even going so far as to hang up on me several times even after confirming I was eligible for the replacement. They absolutely refused to even hear my complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I highly recommend this office. Dr Hsiung and his staff is not only professional, but friendly, helpful and it feels comfortable as if you are at home when you arrive. He takes the time with you to ensure you understand everything happening with your eyes. I couldn't ask for a better doctor! Donna - She has always been so kind and welcoming. She is efficient and helpful when it comes to questions and is connected with your life. She checked in on me recently knowing I was feeling under the weather. She is an absolute pleasure to see her smiling face when you walk through the doors. Emma - I had recently scratched the lenses of my sunglasses at it was coming up on my year of having them. She told me to leave it with her, she worked her magic and called me a week later when the new lenses had arrived. She is always so thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. Scott - There has never been a time that I have walked through those doors and Scott has not, with a great big smile on his face, acknowledge me by name by welcoming greeting. He is not only a wealth of knowledge, he just knows the perfect fit and is gently honest to ensure you walk away with the perfect look you are hoping for. He has never steered me wrong. Professionalism is one of Scott's strong suit and I appreciate him. Each and every one of Dr. Hsiung's staff members are the reason I go back to the office. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a team that has your best interest at heart. They answer their phones and I've never had a huge wait to see Dr. Hsiung. If I can give them a higher rating than 5, I would without hesitation!

Absolutely amazing experience when I went here. I'm very happy with switching to these guys!! Donna is so kind and courteous, Scott is very knowledgeable and I never once felt pressured. Dr Hsiung is equally awesome. Very kind and to the point which I like! If I could give a 10 star I would! I simply had a great experience all around!
