i rarely buy anything baked 99% of the time the stuff is not fresh ,it was better when it was located down town pictou,even the coffee is not fresh most times,we now go to macdonalds it's alway's fresh ,sorry tim's but your quality went way down the past year's,before we had macdonald's at times we drove to new glasgow for coffee.

Wasn't that busy but ended up standing around for twenty minutes to get a chili and bottle of coke. Didn't get my bun or a spoon or napkins. Multiple employees standing around gossiping. Multiple orders backing up and other customers getting frustrated. From what I could see it was only a few orders on the screen and the employees who were working were scrambling around.

Staff are friendly but it's the slowest Tim Horton's in Canada but the only coffee shop around so I guess that's how they stay open.

I travel a lot on my motorcycle, and no matter which Horton's u attend, (coast to coast for Canada's 150th), I found, consistently good service, helpful staff and product for a reasonable price. No wonder its such a popular spot among travelling bikers to connect with local bikers!!

This Tim Hortons has some of the best coffee in the franchise. They are busy at most times I have been there but always have a good selection of doughnuts, cookies and muffins.

Depends on the time of day. Also depends on who is working. Sometimes its extremely fast. Other times you wait 20 minutes for your coffee (and its wrong/burnt). The staff are mostly always polite though.

I went to this Tim Hortons store got a coffee and Salted Carmel Cold Drink,,the person at the window was not able to understand English and tried to give me a Ice-Cap Coffee which I did not order and he insisted that I did ???? I used the Tim's App on my phone but he insisted doing it his way ....Meanwhile there was another Tim's employee in the background raising her voice saying ; Can't he make up his mind ? ; referring to me ...To be honest I'm disappointed with the service and attitudes. I will NOT go back to this store again..People if your reading my comment DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE , GO TO MACDONALD'S ACROSS THE STREET AND BUY YOUR COFFEE THERE OR GO TO THE OTHER SIDE OF TOWN WHERE THERE IS OTHER TIM HORTONS STORES. 5 THUMBS DOWN ????????????????????

Iconic Canadian coffee house that i wish could replace another, better known worldwide coffee house franchise. Prices are reasonable, quality is high and service is excellent. Coffee is not strong and not too weak. Glazed Buttermilk donuts are the best ever!

Definitely one of the worst Tim's I've been too. Unprofessional service combined with frequently messing up my orders. The quality of the baked items are also lacking quality. And, why can't we use the garbage cans? Seems to be a trend in Pictou county. Did they not know that restrictions are lifting? Time to get the staff better training.

Guess covid is over at Tim's. Take your cash, hand you change then put the lid on your drink all without sanitizing. Yuck! Sad I had to sanitize my lid before drinking my coffee.

Was in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 coffees. Staff were friendly and possibly short staffed. There were only a couple cars in front of me in the drive thru. I have been here on many occasions where they were much busier and had quick service.
