One of the pins in my sunglasses broke. I did not buy them in Parry Sound, but I am here for the summer and took them to FYidoctors to see if they could fix them. Not only did they fix them in less than 5 minutes, they did not charge me. What fabulous service! Thanks so much for you help. I will be back if the need ever arises.

I broke my frames a month before I was able to get a new pair with my insurance. I was so grateful for the care I received on the spot while I waited, as they adjusted my lenses and made them fit into frames that they had on hand. Seriously the BEST Optical store I have ever been too. My husband lost his glasses in Lake Joseph and I called FYIdoctors at 5pm with the hope of a miracle that he can get a pair of glasses that late in the evening same day. Paula is AMAZING. The store closes at 5.30pm but she was still willing to see us and help my husband get a pair of glasses! She picked the best frame for him in advance and cut the lens so well into the glasses. Not only that - the price was AMAZING!!! She also helped him find a solution to not lose his glasses in the lake again and found him a clip on sunglasses. Paula was never hard selling and helped us out with everything!! If FYIdoctors and Paula was in Toronto I would be their regular customer! Seriously if you live near the store and need glasses go to FYIdoctors!!!

Received the wrong glasses and they would not do anything to make it better didn’t even do a proper eye exam after going to a new doctor I found out that I was wearing the wrong lens and needed bifocals something I didn’t received but payed for if you like to see go somewhere else

The team here is great! I have been going to Dr. Bishop for over 15 years now and the service is amazing! Was just there had to get readers and Lucy was so helpful when I arrived, and she was helping pick out my readers with team she even went above her job to make sure that as soon as my glasses had arrived that she had called about 15 mins after they were tested to make sure the prescription was correct. Such a great team keep up all the hard work ladies ( definitely Lucy)!! Thanks again for all the great service!

My husband and I retired to our cottage and like all moves in life it comes with the changing of various health specialist. One change for us was our Optometrist and thanks to a friend from Parry Sound, we were referred to FYidoctors. I had my initial appointment with Dr. Scott Marshall on Oct 8. I have never had such a thorough assessment. Dr. Marshall is extremely professional, caring, and his proven listening and communication skills left me feeling confident that he held my eye needs to heart. My new prescription glasses are perfect! I highly recommend the services that FYidoctors and their staff provided.

I met Colleen who was extremely willing to be of service. After a couple minutes wait, Colleen returned with my frames back to their original setting. Both optometrists are friendly, professional, and give exceptional care. The staff also are the same. What impresses me the most is care they take to make sure your glasses are comfortable and exactly right for your vision. (My glasses have prisms and need many very small adjustments.)

A recent experience for me in purchasing a new pair of eye glasses at FYIDoctors was amazing. It is very difficult to know if a particular frame is looking good on you without your prescription lenses. This is where the sales person can be very helpful and at FYI I experienced such a person- Melanie Heidman. She was extremely qualified and helpful in choosing my frames. I love them and have received many compliments. I have worked with Melanie for many years and she has always been wonderful.

Unfortunately the sales associate didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and behaved like she could care less about helping me choose my eye ware options. I was disappointed because I was ready to purchase a pair but bowed out due to unpleasantness of the sales associate.
