Thank you for being top professional and yet open during holidays!! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and see my mom as soon as possible, her eye got really bad and we struggled to find an available eye doctor in town these days! All doctors take there time with you & are very personable. I do find patients don't get any discount on glasses : ( as with some places and glasses are pricey but good lenses with warranty. They have recently updated alot of equipment very nice to see.

This was an initial visit. My wife wanted a second opinion since she was having some problems. The staff were friendly and efficient. The Dr. was thorough and great to deal with. Answered all of her questions and treated her completely differently than the optometrist that we have been going to for years. I have been going here for over 25 years...love the doctors and have never had a problem until today. Jennefier, the secretary is very rude and does not listen to patients concerns when calling. Will be discussing with doctors at upcoming appointment.

The doctors are great, friendly and seem to know their stuff. Most of the staff is nice. The glasses shop in the store is horrible. It's very expensive and the women fitting you are terrible. They will give you the ugliest frames and tell you they look great. Once you get them home, your husband will lie to you and tell you that you look fabulous - because he knows you're sensitive and middle-aged. You will believe him. You won't hear the awful truth until a month later, when you overhear coworkers in the bathroom making fun of your ugly glasses because they don't realize you are in the stall next to them. My point being - great place to get your prescription but go elsewhere to fill it.

For a number of years I have consulted with optometrists. In general they were good. But there is a difference between being good and being great. Lately, my wife had her eyes checked by Dr. Rutu Patel. When she came home she told me that she had NEVER had such a thorough examination and advice. So, I also booked an appointment with her. Well, she went far beyond my expectations. I do not think I will ever go to another Optometrist. She is really great.
