We had a fairly unusual combination of a polycarbonate lense with anti-reflection and blue light filters for both our kids. The combination seemed to have led to a dull smudging in the middle of the lenses. Hambly first replaced both lenses free of charge, and then when it happened again, offered to call the lab and try to get to the bottom of it before crafting new non-polycarbonate lenses free of charge. They stand by their products, which to me, means peace of mind and trust. With this kind of service, I never want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
