I made my appointment with the doctor weeks in advance when I showed up they said it's the wrong date. I had confirmed my appointment. I realized the staff provided me with the wrong information. They're using an old school system and do not digitally confirm appointments. Email confirmation is recommended.A female staff was extremely unprofessional with me. She made no apology for the mix-up and dismiss me. The doctor did not intervene. I felt racially profiled by the employee. Priority seem to be given to clients that appear a certain way "rich" regular folks are treated with no respect. Truly disappointed in this service.

Dr Mungar and his staff are polite, informative, friendly and take the time to explain things to you so you can understand. I purchased my glasses from him as well and it was great to experience a doctor who personally took the time to make sure the glasses fit my head/face properly and comfortably. Highly recommend Dr Mungar for all of your eye exams and eye wear needs.

Professional, friendly atmosphere. Just had a visit recently to have my eyes examined. I have been to other offices in the past, but none have been as thorough as Dr. Mungar. The staff were equally professional and friendly. They had a great selection of frames and I was able to find a stylish pair of glasses that I am very happy with. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.
