I’ve been wearing glasses my whole life and this was by far my best experience purchasing glasses and having my vision tested. Both Dr and staff are very kind, patient and gentle, they go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The selection and quality of frames and lens they use are magnificent. I will definitely return and recommend.

I don't often post reviews however this place earned my exception! It was a 5 Star experience from start to finish. Contacting them was so simple from a google search. I called and immediately was greeted with kindness and professionalism. I felt important and they were so diligent with my eye exam as well as actually educating me on my eyes fulfilling my curiosity and needs for information. Their decor and glasses selection was prime and I felt so comfortable asking their opinion without having to be "SOLD" on the most "expensive". The owners even provided help with informing me on fitting and value based on MY NEEDS. I loved it so much I recommended this place to 3 family members and a friend already. Try them and SEE!

If you want an optometrist that actually cares about you this is where you want to come. My previous optometrist was a very well know Optometrist in Toronto. I thought I was getting good service/treatment until I came here At my old place they would order 1 contact lens and let me try it and if I didn’t like it they would order one more. After that they said tuff luck, contact lenses can’t be perfect because you have astigmatism. So I was stuck with lenses that I didn’t really like. At this place the optometrist ordered like 8 different lenses for me to try free of charge. I was shocked!! They’re also really understanding with personal matters. The optometrist here won’t rush you out the door and will take all the time needed to help you find the right prescription. They are good people, highly recommend.

I found this place online and went for the optometrist check. The staff and DR are very friendly. What struck me the most though was how knowledgeable Dr Raman Dhaliwal was. She didn’t give me a feeling that this is a business to provide me with just a prescription, but provided very useful information and insight and answered all my questions carefully. She went beyond just a prescription finding service and showed pure care about my personal health and spent time to address my concerns. I loved that. Also the equipment seem to be solid and new.

Dr. Dhaliwal is an amazing eye doctor, she spent over 30 minutes doing a detailed examination of my eye. They are probably the best equipped eye examination clinic in Oakville. Ask them for their 'invoice pricing' on the lenses for an awesome deal on your glasses! I highly recommend them.

Started going here about 4yrs ago, got my first pair of glasses. Since then I've had my sunglass lenses replaced with prescription lenses through them. They standby their products and deal promptly and efficiently with any issues you may have with your glasses. I highly recommend them both as an optometrist as well as an optician.

5 stars should never be given lightly. That being said, this place deserves all 5. With having previous business management/consulting experience I recommend giving them a try. Some value they brought to me: Exceptionally personable owners (pleasantly greeted and conversed through any waiting periods). Care and attentiveness felt like absolutes for them, while guiding me through the examinations they looked for specific cues of uncomfort and aimed to be proactive with ensuring they were resolved even before I noticed. My Fiancé recommended me to visit and they even remembered her name as we walked in, how is that for an introduction?! My favourite part however was that I felt like they actually educated me on my eyes as opposed to a routine “examination”. State of the art equipment, amazingly modern and sheek decor with an elegant design and professional upgrades that you can see with your new and improved vision. They looked out for me and every other client I saw there and I’m sure they will do the same for you.

Very friendly and fantastic service. My rimless glasses had been falling off my face for over a year after they were accidently bent and the plugs attaching the arms to the lenses had been damaged. We came into the store to pick up contacts for my wife and I asked if anything could be done to save them. They very quickly found some suitable plugs and fixed them. As good as new!

Incredibly positive experience with Dr Dhaliwal and Clearly Eyecare. I noticed a vision problem in my left eye and booked an eye exam for the same evening. Upon running some basic tests, Dr Dhaliwal came across an urgent situation with my eye that required emergency care. Although I was the last appontment for the evening and it was now beyond closing time, Dr Dhaliwal and Alex in the office spent the next hour to locate an on call eye surgeon at a hospital downtown and communicated with them directly sharing pertinent information related to my case. Thanks to Dr Dhaliwal’s quick action, I was able to get emergency care that same evening and my eye is healing well. I can’t thank Dr Dhaliwal enough. She was extremely professional and thorough and the clinic carries state of the art eye examination and care equipment. Easy to talk to, patiently explains complex medical situations and as demonstrated above, goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommended. Thank you again Dr Dhaliwal and Alex!

I had my eye exams done here recently. They really have state-of-the-art eye testing equipment, unlike a lot of other places that I have been to earlier! The doctor spent 30 minutes examining my eyes and patiently addressed all my concerns. I had a hemorrhage in one of my eyes a few years ago, and I like to be a bit cautious with my exams. This is where I will be going for all my future eye exams.

I had noticed issues in my vision and figured my prescription had obviously changed. My family physician is the one who told me I must go have my vision tested and referred me to Dr. Dhaliwal because she insisted that Dr. Dhaliwal is a highly skilled and amazing optometrist. I decided to take her word for it since I highly trust and have great faith in my doctor. It was the best decision I ever made. Dr. Dhaliwal is the best optometrist i have ever been to. The state of the art equipment and professionalism of both herself and Alex was impressive. Alex guided me through all the testing procedures to check my field of vision/glaucoma tests/eye pressure and retinal scan. I cannot believe how meticulous they are. They truly care for their patients and the health of our eyes. She even found issues with my eyes and referred me to a specialist. Thank goodness they are a blessing! I was so impressed I made my husband go afterwards as well for his eye test. The anti fatigue lens prescribed made a huge difference. I had zero issues with transitioning to those type of lens. I cannot believe how big the difference is. My vision is now is so much clearer, vivid, and detailed. I didn't realize how I had been straining my eyes before with my old glasses and how they were not effective at all. These new glasses are truly amazing. My husband is also so happy with his glasses. The quality is second to none. Thank you for your patience and effort in educating us and we loved your service and dedication to helping us. I cannot say enough. I definitely will be referring people to this location!

I had a fabulous experience with Dr Dhaliwal. I had an incredibly thorough eye examination despite my one year old being a handful - all the staff were so helpful and understanding and even managed to keep him entertained, I am really happy with the glasses I have now - they are a much better prescription than my previous ones and I never felt rushed or pressured while choosing my frames. All round, an excellent place with amazing staff. Highly recommend.

Not only was the equipment used state of the art but Dr. Dhaliwal was very patient, thoroughly answering questions and giving advice throughout the exam. I have had glasses for over 25 years and been to many optometrists, yet this was the first time someone took the time to advise me on the use of my glasses and the long term implications. Very impressed by how knowledgeable the staff was. When it came to picking frames the selection was outstanding. Many unique designs and styles. The staff provided lots of advice and suggestions in picking the right set of frames. Would recommend to all others in the area!

I received such excellent, professional and immediate emergency attention here that I will never go anywhere else for Optometry services. And the doctor and her associates are very welcoming and friendly in what is a state of the art facility. I had a serious concern with my eye that required immediate attention and Dr. Dhaliwal was extremely professional and accurate in diagnosing and resolving it for me. I had been referred to O&O by a walk in medical clinic I had visited after my (now former) optometrist would not see me for this emergency without a full eye exam. And they could not schedule me for at least two days, even though I was actually standing there in their office describing the pain and burning I was experiencing in my eye. Lucky for me I found O & O. Thank you.
