Love Stella Bear

Although my eye doctor is lovely, at least one of the receptionists is horrible. There have been numerous incidents where I call and am spoken to incredibly rudely for no reason whatsoever. My requests, which are typical requests of an optometry clinic, such as ordering contacts, are met with attitude that makes me feel like the receptionist feels like she is doing me a favor and is annoyed with me. I actually dread calling Vista Eye Care because of how I am spoken to and will be switching eye doctors because of this, despite being a regular client there for the past six years.

Wow the only place I have had a eye exam that had awesome safety glasses (modern 2020 safety glasses) not, Mr.Woodcock style from science class 1982 style, and in stock. Great staff no pressure to buy. Awesome experience

Excellent clinic. Dr. Goddard is lovely and really good at taking time with each patient and explaining exam results. I went in recently to get a prescription renewed and the service was great. They're also really good at booking exams well in advance so you can maximize your insurance coverage.

My optometrist and the eye exam support staff are top level professionals. I purchased new glasses and prescription sun glasses and ran into a delay with the supplier who sent broken frames for my sun glasses. I had exemplary service from Emily the Office Manager in sorting out the problems. She also provided excellent advice and recommendations on my choice of frames. It was refreshing to have someone like Emily to step up, solve my issue and provide such great service.
