Enjoyed my visit, and everything was explained very well, including why they take so many pictures! Dr was very professional, and I have a difficult prescription, so she was very patient. I have suffered with headaches for years and the Dr was able to help with ideas on how to keep them under control. Thank you and my family will be visiting you!

Amazing people!! Such friendly service. My boyfriend has had the worst eye infection over the last two months, which has had us visiting the eye doctor every week. They are helpful, thourough and care for their patients well being. Very professional as well. Highly recommend! Crystal at the front desk is incredible!

I went to Hillside Optometry for a routine eye examination for the first time yesterday. I was very pleased with the attention I was given. I was greeted at the door by an absolutely charming young lady and quickly made to feel welcome. The young lady proceeded to take the necessary information she needed. Everything was explained to me as we went along with the pre-visit requirements. The charming young lady, whose name is Trea, showed me to a room where I was greeted by Dr. Colleen Gill. Dr. Gill made me feel at ease right away and performed a very complete eye examination explaining as she went along. I will definitely be returning to the Hillside Optometry Clinic for all future eye matters. Thank you very much to Trea and Dr. Gill for making this a positive experience.

My eye exam at this clinic was a all around bad experience. Between the two women at the front desk, it took 9 or 10 tries to get a suitable picture of my eye. That's 9 or 10 flashes of bright light that I had to endure, versus the 2 it should have been. When they did finally get pictures that had been properly focused, they accidentally deleted one of them and I had to have another one taken. The optometrist I saw was okay, however the medical history taken was not as thorough as I felt it should have been - I had eye-related issues that were not addressed at all by the questions asked, so I had to bring them up myself. As a new patient to the clinic, these were things that should have been covered in the initial assessment. It felt as though the focus of the exam was strictly vision, not health. Compared to any other optometry clinic I've visited, this was substandard. I will not be returning.

I highly recommend going to hillside optometry, I went there for a routine eye exam for my first time and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, I saw Dr. Sehn and she made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety. She was really knowledgeable!
