I called for consultation at 4:33 pm Feb. 2, 2016, and make an appointment; however the receptionist was not so helpful. So, I decided to go somewhere else.

An extremely pleasant, quick, and informative experience. Dr. Anita Narang was engaging, personable, kind and gentle with both myself and my son. So very happy with this choice of optometrist! The positive reviews were spot-on and are what helped me to pick an eye doctor for my family. A huge thank you to Anita and the ladies at the front desk! We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Absolutely worst experience! Waited for 2 hours past appointment time to see Dr. Narang. Staff were completely unhelpful. We were not the only ones who had been waiting for a very long time and we soon realized that this is the norm for this office. We witnessed 3 other patients get up and leave and another one had been sitting waiting to be told he was free to go after waiting for over an hour post dilation! Absolutely unacceptable! To top it off the prescription Dr. Narang gave my daughter has turned out to be so wrong that now we need to get another examination, pay another exam fee and order another set of lenses. This office is a disaster and I strongly recommend avoiding at all costs as it will end up costing you more time and money. There are many other Optometrists in town that will be happy to help you and be respectful of your time.
