Dr Rathee did my cataracts and lens implants . The entire experience from the moment I walked into his clinic until my final check up was absolutely incredible, the attention to detail & explanations & care that I received was excellent, I highly recommend this place.

My mother went their for the first appointment on July 9th with Dr. Andre Ali, was advised she will receive an email 2 weeks later from the date of July 9th, 2021, It is now August 4th and she did not receive any email from this clinic. I called several times and they said they don't have any update with the laser surgery that she is supposed to be schedule in and my mother's eyes is getting blurrier each day, this place is so disorganized!!! please do not go!! this place was much better and alot more organized before they moved to the new place

Great to meet with Dr. Tanzer again after office is moved to this new location around Jan. 2021. I gave 5-star due to a new, larger office / clinic plus large parking area (behind the building, next to St. Andrew Kim Catholic Church), compare than the old office located @ Sheppard Ave. E. & Leslie St. Most important, wonderful service we received from 3 in-office technicians (David, Audrey & Nick) and a male front desk associate, Kolarpor, along with Andrat (male staff when we called to book an appointment) [I assume I might got their names misspelled!] They surely all work so hard to resolve a backlog scenario due to COVID. p.s. It took us around 1 1/2 hour before we were able to get out of office. No complain since there's lots of patient came in and out of the office by office every second. Tip: Be expect a long wait.

I will Rate F MINUS and even Lower to "North York Eye Associates". This rating goes to the Eye Center and not for the Doctors there. Today (Friday 2020/01/24), I have experience Very Bitter Experience with North York Eye Associates. This Customer Representative / Associates (CR / CA) calls us some time after 5pm to cancel and reschedule an appointment which was set for January, Monday 27th. She was not able to communicate well, Very Unprofessional. No reasoning made sense to her. She started setting RULES & TERMS as if she was doing us a big favor. We when in circle for 25 minute without arriving to any form of conclusion when she HUNG Up the Phone in the middle of the conversation. VERY RUDE . I have Serious concerns about Front Desk @ North York Eye Associates, First step before you can meet your designated Doctor.

The most unprofessional staff,no regards to their patients well being after waiting 3 months I got my appointment cancelled with no excuse even not assigning to another doctor as a courtesy I would recommend to stay away from this clinic as this location has proven many times that they don’t care and it is not the same as it used to be with the new staff members who are so irresponsible, stay away!!!!
