- I waited 50 minutes at the waiting room to be called in by the doctor; - then I waited another 17 minutes in the doctor's office before he came back in - he was with another patient; - the man who worked in the eye glasses area was making handfree calls at his desk and we could hear everything while in the waiting area- very unprofessional; - there was no drinking water available to the waiting patients; - the same man spoke every rudely to his colleagues in front of a waiting area full of patients - extremely unprofessional; - doctor Kamel performed a delicate procedure near my eye with great skill - I was very pleased with his expertise.

Their commitment to you sometimes means that other patients wait. ...these are first world problems. Get over it. The optical department offers great quality frames and lenses at fair value. Parking is paid by the hour, and everytime I go to my appointment that should take 30mins I end up having to pay for parking for 2-3 hours. Once inside there are normally 3 receptionists but no one able to assist- I often stabd in the middle of the three and hope to be acknowledged. Wait time is normally 15-20 minutes to get in with Dr.Stoker for him to spend 10mins with you and send you back out to wait another 10-20mins. The space is very tight and the specialist often juggles two patients at a time -moving from room to room. Which makes my 30 mins appointment 2+ hrs. They got my prescription wrong (as I could imagine with all the chaos) and I now am dreading going back for a third time on the same matter. They are nice people but from a service aspect they can use a lot of improvement

My first time visiting this clinic .. unfortunately the front staff could use a sensitivity training. As they lack the basic skills of greeting people. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I’ll remember their indifference.

They are 45 minutes Late and counting. These doctors are consistently late. I keep coming here because they have my history but will seriously reconsider.

If there is below a 0 rate I would love to put it, for the front desk. The doctor is kind of nice???? , but the front desk receptionists, they are very rude. They’re not very professional with their job, especially when they are booking over the phone. They are not giving proper information. They have bad attitude and aggressive behaviour????. When booking an appointment over the phone, make sure you ask for details because they are not willing to provide detailed information regarding OHIP coverage for child with hard prescription This is kind of doctor responsibility as well to keep eye on the front desk very often to improve receptionist’s behavior and skills ????!!!!
