I had to wait 3 hours in the waiting room full of patients who were also waiting 3 hrs I don't care what a good Dr He is but no one should have to wait 3 hrs for an appt I cancelled my third appt during the virus as I could not sit in a waiting room with countless other patients even though we were all wearing masks I have MS and diabetes so my immune system is low and I can't take that chance. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO WAIT 3 hrs for every appointment

Very Clean facility, friendly staff, felt very safe during COVID. Girlfriend had surgery with the good surgeon-Dr. Kranemann he is extremely talented. The clinic manager Raedenne really goes the extra mile.

During these times it us incumbent on the Doctor to to respect the health of his patients This is not the case with Dr Kranemann. My mom had a 9am appointment, the first one if the day, and at 9:30am had still been waiting, along with many other patients, to see the doctor who had not arrived in his office. The staff were indifferent and advised all patients should be prepared to wait 2-3 hours for their appointment. This is unacceptable and especially unacceptable during Covid times. We walked out. He may be a good doctor; however, this practice diminishes his skills.

My dad was a patient of Dr. Kranemann. He did a miraculous surgery on his eye after a misdiagnosed glaucoma attack in 2006. My dad is 72 now and is seeing just fine. It was a scary time after being told my dad would never see out of that eye again. He fixed him up so well he sees better of that eye than his other now. His dedication to his profession and his patients health is second to none. Thank you for everything you do.

My mother in law has been a long time patient of Dr. Kranemann. I’ve been to this clinic recently during COVID and have been impressed with the changes made. Plexiglass installed for their staff, chairs turned around so they can be properly distanced and everyone wearing masks. For such a busy clinic I feel as though they’ve done a great job with their precautions and new protocols. And we were in and out in an hour which was a bonus!

My experience with Dr. Kranemann's office has been exceptional since day one. I was undergoing other medical treatment when I called to schedule both of my cataract surgeries and they were so accommodating working around that schedule and remained flexible to any last minute changes I had to make. Dr. Kranemann was very thorough and VERY reassuring. All of the staff were always friendly and the facility is very COVID conscious. I would highly recommend Dr. Kranemann and Associates!

I was suffering with poor vision due to cataract for several years before finally deciding to undergo the surgery with Dr. Kranemann. I wish I did it earlier! My vision has improved considerably and at 82 I regained my confidence driving the car and am reading and watching TV with a lot less strain now.
