This guy is Super unprofessional, my mother was referred to him by her gp, (why I dont know, seeing all the negative reviews on here). Rude, judgemental, pushing his own supplements at high prices. She will not be going back to him for sure. He is not the only optomoligist in town. We will be getting a second opinion from someone who has respect for people.

I work for a company which get doctors and researchers tax credits. When looking at this doctors CPSO profile I found that he has restrictions on his license for refusing to help someone. In the report of his restriction they mentioned he has a history of mistreating patients, with a general lack of people skills be warned

Had an appointment today for my 20 month old son, and he was 30 minutes late (we were the first appointment). No reason as to why he was late or even an apology, it’s hard enough to distract a toddler for so long until they get bored and cranky. Seems very unprofessional and ignorant. Also he treats his staff who deserves better like s***. Won’t be coming back here

Seems that money for him is the be all end all. Books his appointments jam packed so your waiting hours for him to get to you. pushs eye drop packages with vitimins for absurd prices, no people skills and quite rude. Not sure but im 30 and was told to come in for a glaucoma test which would cost 200 plus in addition to other costly tests. Told him my doctor scheduled it for me so its free and he ended the appoinyment immediatly after saying "make sure they follow up you dont want to be blind" then walked out. Do yourself a favor and find a different eye doctor

While that Dr. Dorfman is a good doctor. He is extremely lacking in people skills, and treats his staff and patients with disrespect. No employer should treat their employees or customers, like they're beneath them or that they're incompetent. We get it, you're a doctor and you're smart, but belittling people is not respectful. Dr. Dorfman is very mean. He is impatient and not helpful at all. If you are a mother/ parent/ guardian, please don’t ever bring your Infant / Toddler to him. His harsh words and action are not tolerable. Request for another Eye Specialist to check on your Son/ Daughter.

Got appointment notice from my GP and was told I could wait up to 2 hrs. My answer to that is not thanks! I am scheduled for an appointment mid week, will be coming from work, where I am paid, to come and sit in some dco's office for 2 hrs...that is retarded to say the least. I will take the time to wait for another referral.

Do not go to this so called Dr!# He has no prtsonal skills & scratched himself while giving me the results of my exam..i went today & was so incensed that 4 patients were taken ahead of me even though i was there before them...i versed my complaints. Do not go to Dr.Dorfman.I wish I have read the reviews before my son's eye exam.The doctor is very rude, judgemental, inpatient and disrespectful.He speaks in humiliating way to patients and parents. Interupts and does not answer questions that are not important and irrelevant in his opinion.He was chewing a chewing gum during the exam which I would not describe it as well mannered.
