I had my eye exam with Dr. Teri Hines and also brought in my dad, who hadn't had his eyes checked in probably forever. My exam was fantastic and very thorough. The technology at View Optometry is modern and they check for things that most other clinics don't. This was especially helpful for my dad, who's in his 70s, just to make sure he's healthy. I highly recommend View Optometry for eye exams for all your family members.

Her staff is also super organized and helpful. My daughters and I recently visited Dr. Hines to have our eyes check and had such a great experience. For me I am now (sadly) into bifocals and have been struggling with finding the right contact lenses that would help me see both near and far. Dr. Hines played with various lenses in order to help me find the best fit without having to depend on reading glasses. For my daughter she found that at some point she must have injured her eye as she had a deep scar which we never knew about and she's 16! Needless to say Dr. Hines is very thorough in her approach.

I had an eye exam and ordered a new pair of glasses here. Their process is thorough; they did an ocular health check as well as my prescription. Dr. Hines is really pleasant and knowledgable, and asks the right lifestyle questions to get you the most beneficial lens. I would highly recommend Views above any others in the area.

I discovered them walking through my neighbourhood as I needed my sunglasses repaired, and they gave me great service, even though they made no money of me for their service. I went back to get reading glasses because of this good experience. Very helpful staff, not at all pushy, just good advice. Smaller selection of glasses, but enough that I liked that I am very happy with them.

If you're on or near the North Shore, this is where you want to go to take care of your eyes. Dr. Hines is really good at what she does. She's patient and will answer all of your questions. She's also well-versed in emerging trends in vision care (impact of mobile and computer screens, etc.). The equipment and office space is new and impressive. I'll definitely be going back.

Teri is so knowledgeable and thorough. In the past I have had two bouts of shingles in my right eye. In the healing process your eye changes. Teri was able to get me the most precise prescription ever. This being very necessary for my job as a photographer. The glasses are very cool also, I get many compliments on them.
