I have been going to Dr. Ashraf since I was a child. Him and his wife have been treating me like their own daughter. I don't think I can trust anyone else than Dr. Ashraf to provide me with such great care for my eyes. Thank you Dr. Ashraf.

I'm not happy with this doctor. Ended up getting bad headaches after ordering and paying big bucks for glasses based on his prescription. His office insisted I continue to wear the glasses. The headaches got worse and my normal eye sight without glasses got worse too. I stopped wearing the glasses and a couple months later went there to get another eye exam. The second prescription was completely different. His reasons for the discrepancies between the two prescriptions were not convincing. At this point I had lost my confident in this optometrist. Went to a different doctor and hold and behold.. a completely different prescription was given to me! The numbers weren't even close to Dr. ashraf's prescription. I went ahead and ordered new glasses based on this prescription and I never experienced any headaches. go figure ... I didn't want to post a negative review for this elderly optometrist. But since I spent a good few hundred dollars on incorrect lenses, I do feel better now by posting this review.

Dr. Ashraf and all associate(s)'s service is the WORST, WORST, WORST quality service I have ever received in my life. My mom ordered a glasses, first they said it takes 5 business days for the glasses to be delivered, it took them 15 days to deliver it. As soon as we picked the glasses up noticed the lens has different number belong to someone else!!!! My mom couldn't use it and she got headache, we went back dropped it then picked up after a week again noticed one glass was not fit into the frame, was out partially. We called them right away, No Response! Called again after a few days, they wanted us to drop it, we did, again no communication and update on how the process is going. No Response!! Today, my mom went there for 4TH TIMES back and forth to pick the glasses up and again one glass in not fit still!!!! WHY?! Like, how many times we should go back and forth for the simple glasses to be fixed!!! It's not a rocket science you know!!!! They are NOT reliable, NOT trustworthy, POOR customer service, NOT RESPONSIBLE! Look at the picture and you judge yourself!!! Good luck if you business with them!!

Dr. Ashraf is very unreliable...for eye exams, prescriptions, and eye glasses. I’d definitely not recommend him

I recently visited this location for my eye exam for the first time and the staff were super kind and nice to me. The doctor himself was helpful and friendly as well

I know Dr. Ashraf for about 15 years and I have had a good experience with them until my last visit in Jan 2018. At the end of my first visit he gave a me prescription for my progressive lenses but after receiving my eye glass I noticed I am very uncomfortable with it because I had headache and pain in my eyes so I went back to him and he re-checked everything and he gave me another prescription and his wife took my brand new eye glass to check. After receiving my eye glass I noticed that there is a crack on my lens! I complained and his wife told me that she did not do anything and the crack existed! That was not true and I am 100% sure that she caused the crack on my brand new lens during the check. Anyhow, I took 2nd prescription to Lenscrafter and after receiving my eye glass I noticed that the problem is not 100% gone and I decided to visit another Doctor and he gave me another prescription. I feel good now. I think it is time for Dr. Ashraf to retire or hire someone to help him. Unfortunately, I do not recommend Dr. Ashraf although he is a very nice guy.
