I live in North Vancouver and Capilano Mall is in the heart of the city. And in the heart of the mall is this place where I was able to find the RayBan Aviators with Gold frames and Black Lenses, Polarized. Everywhere I walked into looking for them with those simple specifics, the salespeople would say "we only have what you see." But at Puzzled Looks I felt like maybe I'll get lucky. And once I walked in a very nice woman helped me right away. Her name was Maryam and she listened to the details I wanted and she was able to find the exact pair I had before. I never leave reviews but this experience has made me more than happy. I will always recommend this place to everyone!

From the moment I stepped into this lovely store I was greeted with masked friendly faces which made me feel safe. I was taken care of from the exam to the search for new pair of glasses. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such incredible excellent customer service and amazing value, I got two pairs of glasses here, and was super impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff and the manager, They gave me their opinions and didn't shy away from telling me when something just didn't suit me, I think I tried on the whole store before finding my pair of glasses but the whole time the staff were very supportive and helped provide the feedback I was looking for in choosing, The store was very well stocked with glasses nicely displayed. The staff and doctor were exceptional and the eye exam very thorough, It made for a fun experience, The store was a bit busy when I was there, but the team was able to serve the customers in a professional and polite manner, which is awesome to see while we’re all struggling with the new normal of COVID, 5 star all the way and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for new frames and I will definitely be going back. The most upsetting experience I have ever had. I walked in to the sales associate seating down talking and laughing with her colleagues and took her a while to pay attention to my existence and greeting me. She was so pushy and unprofessional (I believe her name was Merriam). We walked in with the intention of purchasing sunglasses for all my bridesmaids and groomsmen but after the customer service we received, we took our business somewhere else. I don't recommend here at all. If you are going to be spending money at least spend it where you receive great service.

I know this because the GM took the time to take apart my electronic key fob so I could replace the battery - without hesitation he helped me out with his small tools and skill. Great team and optometrist! My family and I had appointment for eye exam in Puzzled Looks. The Dr. was so patient, knowledgeable and professional . He explained completely about my son's problem. Also, he sanitize all the stuff for each person which is so important in these days! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and made me feel at home. One of the staff who helped my husband and I both to choose our frames, Sara , was so nice and patient. I know my husband and I are not easygoing on our frames :) Furthermore, she didn't return back the glasses that we tried right away and when I asked why, she mentioned that she wants to sanitize all. Erfan, the other person who helped us for submitting forms and choosing frame for my son was patient and helpful too. Finally , I am really thankful of Sohrab, the store manager,who made such a wonderful team and cares about their customers. Moreover, they had selection of top name frames with high quality! The store was so clean and they were sanitizing everywhere regularly which is so important in this pandemic.

I bought my new glasses here last month after making the mistake of buying my last pair at Bailey Nelson (*never again.*) I discovered Puzzled Looks when a gent came into my office wearing the most striking glasses and looking studly as hell. I asked where he'd gotten them and he replied "Puzzled Looks in Capilano Mall," so I went to check it out for myself that afternoon. This place has everything--outstanding selection and customer service. I found a pair of beautifully made, feather-light frames made in Italy--they look and fit better than any pair I've ever owned--*hands down.* The folks here truly do an exceptional job taking care of their customers and even gave me complimentary contact lenses for the rare occasion I wear contacts. I will purchase all my future glasses here. Couldn't more highly recommend this place!

My partner and I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses each through Sohrab the owner. He promised to have them ready within a week because we were traveling from overseas at the time. We arranged to have them posted to where were staying in Kelowna. After ten days they hadn't turned up so we ended up picking up my partner's glasses from the shop in North Vancouver. My glasses were still being posted and were promised to be at the shop before we left for home the next day. They didn't turn up so they ended up having to be posted to me minus the cleaning kit as promised. I still have not received the kit. I would not recommend Puzzled Looks to anyone. There service is poor and communication bad.

Wow! I rarely opt to write reviews for a place of business, however the staff of Puzzled Looks at Capilano Mall swayed me otherwise. What can I state aside from the best customer service I've ever received? Restaurant servers don't treat individuals with as much respect and patience as the manager, Sohrab, did as soon as I had walked in. I was only browsing after my brother brought a pair of Rayban aviators, but it wasn't long before Maryam was showing me sets of sunglasses. She's a true tailor! She didn't look at me like a sale, but a real human-being with a budget and no real intent on buying anything. She never pushed a size to fit my face, but looked everywhere on the shelf for something that'd suit me perfectly. I didn't even know that the brown tinted Raybans(like the ones Brad Pitt dons) come in three different sizes! And that's what sold me. She didn't stop searching for me until there was an ideal accessory that I didn't even fathom owning. Amongst discussing a suitable price, after giving me discounts I could afford, there was an ease in atmosphere. I don't know what it is with this place. It's professional and clean, but warm and inviting with true character and heart. Honestly, it was one of the best shopping experiences of my adult life. Five Gold Stars!!! Hands down: the best people who give a damn about the customer. Thank you again!

Purchased 2 pairs of glasses here in a month. Frames broke within 2 months. Went it and they couldn't even be bothered to get off their chairs and contact manufacturer. I accidentally stepped on my eye glasses that I got at image optometry and I went to cap mall hoping to find optometrist in Walmart , no help there. Instead of leaving and giving up I headed into the mall. I am so happy I walked a bit further. I discovered puzzled looks now after Sohrab went over risks and liabilities involved in possible repairs of eye glasses (slightly crooked) I said okay let's roll the dice. I am glad I did. He was so polite and caring very welcoming! The glasses look as straight as they were when I purchased them. When I need prescribed sunglasses no matter what I'm coming to puzzled looks first !
