There will always be someone with a bad attitude who downgrades the google reviews of a company . Service , organizational performance , and all staff have been easy to be with ,as they have treated my eyes , warned me "this is gonna sting a bit", made sure I was ready for the next test and never rushed me into the next room before making sure everything was in order. Well managed , great doctor and I can see far better now than for the last 15 years .

VERY LONG waits. Visited 6 times with my Dad. Always at least 1 hour late. Clearly value their own time more than their customers. Here again. Waited 40 min past appointment time only to be told that the Dr is not here and is 30 min away.

Poor time management skills here. They called me in for an earlier appointment, yet the doctor was not ready. I was there for over an hour, mostly waiting with my eyes dilated. Lame.

I have nothing but good things to say about Eyewest Vision, their incredible staff & the GREAT Opthamological Genius, Lenticular master and Intraocular Gladiator, Dr. Godinho. Not only did he restore my precious gift of eyesight, but this doctor is skillful, brilliant and a true master in this field. In other words, he's amazing at what he does, period.

Very disappointed with the service and lack of assistance in making appointments in this office. Be prepared to take months to see Dr. Fine, if he even has the decency to respond. Then be prepared to have to put aside a couple days to coincide the different people it takes to get the tests done. Biggest time waster. No wonder people are not proactive with their eye care. If this is normal I'm very sad about our quality of health care providers.
