I've been coming here for about 15 years and always received great service and results. After my visit today I simply had to show my appreciation after one of my lenses dropped out for the third time in ten days. In spite of being busy they somehow inserted the lens and tightened it in there, straightened my frame and returned to me sparkling clean some 15 minutes later.. Thank you so much!

This was my first visit to Dumalo Optometry and I was really impressed! Right away the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr. Dumalo, who was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable and really took the time to answer any questions I had. Overall, a great experience and the best optometry clinic on the North Shore.

I wanted a prescription for eyeglasses and was referred to Dr. Tyler Strong who was very good. We met in a separate office for the exam. The person who greeted me (Laura) did my initial vision testing was very good too. However, they have too many staff for this office and it was very noisy. The optician was very loud and seemed disorganized. She was a little pushy and practically followed me out the door trying to sell me some new lenses. It may have been a bad day.. not sure I would go back.

I visited Dumalo Optometry on a visit to Vancouver and was extremely impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the testing staff to the doctor. They also have a wide array of frames and are extremely helpful in assisting you to find the best look for you. When I got my glasses, they were perfect-no adjustment necessary even with progressives! I definitely will return!

Dr. Dumalo was very thorough in her assessments and I also appreciated that she took the time to explain her findings. The office was clean and bright, and there was an excellent variety of frames. Additionally, the staff (Vicky in particular!) were helpful in assisting me to find the right frames for my new glasses. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic!!

Really impressed with this place. I needed an emergency eye exam as I managed to injure myself. They managed to fit me in! Big thank you to Dr Tyler strong for a good thorough exam and for fixing me up. He also called later in the day to make sure I was still doing well. Great care here and the front desk ladies were also very friendly. I don't have vision issues otherwise I would make this my regular place.
