Bring glasses in to put new lenses in ar 10:00 a.m. Was told on Monday it would take a few hours Now 2:00 p.m. and clerk does not care how much we need our glasses. It's not cosmic it's a necessity. Place is run like a business instead of a health care facility.

Not a very good experience, not only did it take them three attempts to get my prescription right they lost my original lenses in the process.

I had a really great experience with Dr. Eckensviller and Optometry North Bay. It was right next to 2-hour free parking lot, the staff were friendly and eager to help, great pandemic rules in place and they were on time.

My daughter goes into this office once a year for an eye exam, and we have never been seen on time. We, however, are ALWAYS on time - this a professional and responsible lesson we try to demonstrate to our child. Today's visit was scheduled at 5pm. We finally left with no exam at 6:00pm. No acknowledgement or apology for the delay. Just a replacement appointment in FEBRUARY!!!! Perfect example of trying to pack a schedule to bill higher!! What an awful way to treat people. Clearly their time is more valuable than ours and now they will have more of it! We'll never go there again.

Optometry North Bay was very quick with booking me in for an exam as soon as I made contact inquiring whether or not they were accepting new clients. From being greeted upon arrival to paying at the end, every staff member was extremely helpful and friendly. Dr. Eckensviller did a great job of answering all my questions and followed through with getting me someone to help find me a brand new pair of glasses. I am happy to be a new client of Optometry North Bay, and would definitely recommend their services!
