While I can’t make a single complaint against any of the optometrists here, the office staff are very difficult. After taking a day off work and travelling an hour for an appointment, I was sent away because I work outside their district. Nothing was said on the phone at the time of making the appointment, I received no communication from them until my appointment. While I understand, and respect this rule, to put someone out to the length without even an apology from the office staff (the optometrist was very apologetic and helped out as much as he could and a compromise was reached, which I’m so grateful for) and to then hear them complaining about me through a door and using a few choice words about me, I’m disgusted at how the office staff acted. After many issues with them over the 20 years I’ve been seeing them, I will begin searching for a new optometrist, despite being so happy with the care I’ve received from the doctors. I can’t stress how great the optometrists are.
