It is absolutely ridiculous to take over an hour and a half to get an eye exam. Staff is rude about it. Be honest, upfront, truthful.. .it would make the long wait worthwhile .this is not the first timet with poor service . They were unable to adjust my glasses to not cause pain on my mastoid. Come on, really ? I will never come here again.. .

Been going to Dr. Hargrave for around 5 years. Over the years I have gone to many different eye care proffessionals. I rate this place the best by far. We have never had a problem with the staff. Sandy is a wonderful helpful person that takes as much time as you need. And reading another review complaining it taking too long why would you complain? I appreciate a doctor that takes their time doing a thorough job. By the time I leave I am educated on my eyes and know everything that I should know. There is also a large selection of glasses that my insurance covers. I cannot stress enough to go here for your eye care needs.

Been going to see them for about 15 years, they are always friendly and super helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. Bought a pair of glasses and didn't like the lenses in them, so went back 2 weeks later and they ordered brand new lenses for me for no additional cost.

Ive been wearing corrective lenses for 45 years . Dr Hargave exam was the most thorough exam that I have ever had . When I broke glasses or ran out of contacts the staff was very helpful to remedy the problem. I would strongly recommend Dr Hargrave .

The most thorough eye exam I ever had!! The Dr. Spent about an hour with me. Explaining everything and finally I know what is wrong with my eyes!! He even told me to hold off on getting my glasses because my vision could change in 6 weeks. The staff went over my insurance benefits and were very helpful!!
