The care at this location is professional and friendly. In my particular case, Roseanne was most patient and efficient with getting my lenses made and returned to me in a surprisingly short time - despite my specific optical issues. After care (Krista-Lee) is much appreciated. Dr. DenBak's chairside manner puts one at ease as he takes as much time as needed to explain and answer questions. Highly recommended!

Dr Walker and her associates are professional and approachable. Having had many eye exams in the past this was the best ever. Thorough, detailed, and she encouraged questions. On line apt booking was easy to set up and the patient questionnaire is done in the office on your first visit. Excellent follow up.

Perhaps the best optometrist I have ever been to. Dr. Choksi is a kind, gentle man that takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and what is going on with your eyes. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I came out with the discovery that I now need bifocals. I should also note that he took the time to answer my questions and to put my mind at ease regarding my eyes. Simply a wonderful human being. He spoke to my level, rather than treating me as a child or an inferior and that was very refreshing. The front of house staff are super personable and offer a pleasant atmosphere, not to mention that they are super duper nice as well. They also took great time to answer my questions in detail and were patient with my rather long winded reasons for coming. Again, very refreshing and such a wonderful way to be treated when you have concerns with the health of your eyes. Thank you ladies. I understand that the location is more known for it's car lots rather than it's medical professionals, but believe me when I say it's one of the best around. Prices are on par with other offices, if not slightly lower, and they offer much better service than what I am used to. Very clean and up to date interior offering designer glasses too!

While visiting St. Catharines one of the nose pieces on my glasses went missing. I happened to see the sign EyeCare Niagara so I dropped in unexpectantly - WOW. Such treatment for a visitor. The ladies willingly and happily replaced not only the missing piece but the other one as well. Outstanding service. I am in the customer service training business and saw the perfect model every company should emulate. Smiles, friendly greetings and eye contact. We spent a few minutes chatting about the teamwork, the leadership, the commitment, the service mandates and the attitudes. Your business has all of those! You all made me feel so welcome. The experience it your St. Catharines store is one I will talk about as I deliver my First Impressions courses again and again.
