I was looking for a new eye doctor in Niagara Falls. I have tried a couple other optometrists and they all were outdated and not that motivated to be there. This eye clinic is absolutly amazing and is at a good central location in the falls. All the eye doctors on staff are super friendly and make you feel like you're apart of the family. This is the best eye doctor / optometrist clinic in Niagara hands down. Thank you!

Very good place to get quality glasses, they make sure that you get lenses and frames that best suits you at the most reasonable price. Shawn, the owner of the store was there to make sure I have received the highest standard of service and the staff were friendly and patient with me. I highly recommend this place.

A fantastic staff. Their experience in fitting people with the right style of glasses was second to none. My 11 year old daughter was truly afraid of getting glasses and she now loves them thanks to the many compliments from family, friends and teachers. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Horrible experience. It started with the optometrist yelling and swearing about something in the hallway, and then mind blowing rudeness from the balding blonde woman, and then to top it off, when the staff learned that I didn’t find frames that I loved and was going to shop around, they took my prescription from me (after spending over $100 for an eye exam with them) and refused to let me leave with it. That must be a violation of ethics with the college of optometry and consumer rights. Please reconsider if you’re planning on visiting. Especially if your health benefits are limited and you don’t want to be left paying out of pocket for a second exam if you don’t buy glasses from them and they hold your prescription hostage as well. I wish I could give zero stars. I will be telling everyone I know about my experience here. Awful.

I would normally not write a review on any business but the service at this place was so awful it needs reporting.The place was a zoo, so unorganized and loud, employees making remarks to each other and swearing, even the owner got involved and was yelling so loud I couldn't hear my husband talking to me. Employees arguing with each other and the owner yelling at all of them. I had my 8 year old with me, she was scared when the owner started yelling and swearing. This place will never see my family there again

My son took a basketball to the head during a game and deformed the fame to his glasses pretty bad. Walked in to Focus where I purchased the eyewear for repair. Excellent service ! Eye glasses are like new and all adjustments were no charge. ????????

Best service ever! I highly recommend this store. The staff was friendly and professional. Shawn (the owner of the store) made sure myself and my two boys were suited well with our selected frames, explained perfectly different options of lense that best fitted our needs. Very happy with the helpful staff, the professional and up to date testing equipment, and the exam I received. Amazing selection of frames, some pricey, but well worth the investment. I would highly recommend this business.
