Completely unprofessional, the supervisor is ignorant and incompetent the employee told us 7 days for our glasses , simple to extra coating or special lens. Called us liars and then hung up

I have found my all service eyewear store in the Niagara area. The optometrist exam was the most thorough and pleasant experience I have had. The staff provided me total and complete satisfaction at the highest level, so cannot thank them enough. Incidentally, I see the critical difference between buying from a good store versus on-line buying where there is a world of difference. Eye glass satisfaction is too important for me to go another route.
