Dr Montesanti is an excellent Physician, very courteous, and professional as well his staffs, they go above and beyond for their patients. The office is always clean, presentable and this most important in this pandemic they follow the CDC guidances, social distance, mask wearing, and tethered are hand sanitizer on side everywhere in the office. Wonderful patients care. I recommend to my families and friends.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The facilities are always clean and sanitized. Dr Montesanti is always very friendly and knowledgeable and puts me at ease. My only problem there is the wait time. I waited for about an hour and a half to finally see the doctor and that is unacceptable. I told the doctor about the problem and he agreed that that should not have happened.

Where should I begin, maybe by saying he is one of the best if not the best ophthalmologist in Western New York. Just yesterday I accompanied my son for a post op follow up, I ask the receptionist for an appointment for myself because while cleaning on Sunday I felt like some cleaning solution had gotten in my eye. Well after he checked my son’s eye his assistant Ms Laurie told him that I was having a problem and he turned around and asked me to get in the chair and check my eye and ordered drops that’s not all I have more. My husband was due for surgery in a couple of days and we had questions about his covid test but Dr Montesanti was on vacation. Within 15 minutes Dr Montesanti called us, addressed our concerns and gave us his cell phone number in case we had any more concerns. He’s so intelligent and has a wonderful sense of humor and his staff works very well at assisting you with appointments and procedures. So yes my whole family goes to ECVA come on over there’s room for you as well. Faaedaa Muhammad
