Went there for the first time over the weekend. The doctor was very nice and Denise was great! She took the time to help me pick out glasses frames and was honest with me when a pair didn't look right. She also helped me to figure out the best way for me to bill my glasses and my contacts so that the price didn't kill me for getting both.

My husband and I received the best service and designer frames from Dr. Anthony and his staff! It was great to see true teamwork. I enjoyed Dr. Anthony and his staff so much I cant wait to get a second pair of frames! ????LOL

Very friendly and helpful. I haven't had my eyes checked in about 15 years, their test equipment was nice and clean and not too invasive. The doctor provided basic and complex explanations about every test he did and I left feeling assured that my eyes are in fact healthy.

Council Opticians in Niagara Falls has an awesome staff. They are also very good with children. They have tons of patience too. The staff at Council Opticians always have a smile on their face. They treat you the way you want to be treated. A special hats off to Brandon, Nikki and of course Dr. Tony.

I went in for an eye exam here and the doctor was nice enough, and the eye exam went fine. The problem came when I noticed that they did not list my pupillary distance on my glasses Rx. You NEED a PD measurement to receive glasses from anywhere and I recall specifically when I was given the PD measurement during the test. When I called back they told me to buy glasses from them or else find someone else to measure the PD again and buy glasses from them. It's a crying shame when you can't buy glasses after receiving an eye exam and your prescription, and going to the trouble of calling them to ask for the missing information.

Dr. Tony is the best optician ever! Everyone is so helpful, love my ladies Denise ans Nikki they will make sure that you are happy with your selection of frames. Brandon and Kailey too are most professional and will make sure you are taken care of.

The dr. Tony is fantastic and all the staff have been very helpful since I became a patient here. I have been to multiple opticians, I wear contacts and glasses. They work well to figure out your wants and needs and the care is top notch! ????

Have been coming here for years, but because of insurance, we had to switch and it was awful. Way excited to be back at Council in NF with new insurance. Staff and Dr are awesome and very accommodating.

Honestly so annoyed right now. And not happy at all with this place. So I went on November 2nd to pick out safety glasses and brought in a form from work. And have called like 4 times in the passed 2 months and no one told me anything besides they said they are coming from china so it takes a long time. They said they would call over there and get back to me, which never happened.(either the 26th or the 6th)!! So I call today AGAIN and ask about my glasses they said let me call u back. I said okay can you actually make sure they call me back this time because last time they did not.! So the lady tells me my order was not even processed yet because they needed my badge number.!!!!!!! So your telling me I had to call you for information about my glasses that you could have called me about 2 months ago!! To ask about my badge number! Are you kidding me right now.?! So now I have to wait longer for my work glasses because you couldn’t have called me 2 month ago about my badge number.! This is great.!!! Merry Christmas to me.! Thank you so much for my glasses 6 months later.!
